Thank you, Rachel! Yesterday I had the best cut and color *of my life!* And I’m a woman of a certain age (ahem) so that’s really saying something. I’ve had my hair done in New York, Newbury St., San Francisco, but nothing compared to this. Rachel didn’t push a single product on me but my hair is so soft & blindingly shiny I’m going back today to buy everything Rachel used. I’m so lucky to live right around the corner in Marblehead!

I’ve gone to hairdressers on Newbury Street for years, and just recently moved to the North Shore. I went through a couple of different ones before I went to the Cutting Crew on the recommendation of a co-​worker. Rachel is OUTSTANDING, both with color and cuts. She’s professional, does a great job, and the price is ridiculously reasonable. Such a great find!

I grew my short layers and bangs out for a year+ trying to get long layers. nothing fancy, BUT what a mistake!
My layers are now short, CHOPPY, and uneven -.-
Wanna know where i went after that hair cut, TARGET, to pick up a bottle of BIOTIN
my poor hair weren’t even damaged, I was only trying to achieve a new look and ended up with the most unprofessional hair cut ever.

I am giving this 2 stars and not 1, because the girls there are amazing. So friendly and warm, and do a great job every time. The owner on the other hand is not. She is always in a bad mood, complaining in front of customers, and rude to customers and her staff. Unfortunately, I like the way all the girls do my hair, but will never go back there. I would not give that lady a dime.

Just had a great experience at cutting crew! I went to Krista for a trim and highlights and she did a fantastic job. I have been bouncing from salon to salon for a while never quite happy w the result but think I will be staying w Krista for a while. Not to mention the prices are fantastic! $ 18 for a cut !!! And $ 60 for a partial… not sure if those prices can be beat! Very satisfied client and would recommend Krista in a heart beat.
