Do not bother attempting to use this service. Two phone calls where it was clear they had no record of the first… attempted to take information again… no followup. Perhaps they don’t need the business? If they can’t return a call, it seems unlikely they would be diligent in their work.

I hired VioClean to clean my house and carpets before I put it up for sale. The price was reasonable and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them — True Professionals!

I decided to pick VioClean because of the natural products. I have pets and wasn’t comfortable w/​the stronger products leaving a residue. Since natural products sometimes seem on the mild side compared w/​chemicals, I wondered if the carpets would be cleaned as well I left the cleaner there with the dirty carpets, ran some errands for an hour and when I came back it looked like I had brand new carpeting. I can’t recommend them enough. Also the staff is easy to reach and willing to work around your schedule. Great company.

Fast, efficient and easy to work with. I emailed for an estimate to deep clean the carpet in multiple rooms and got a reply and quote quickly. I had left a voicemail which was also returned promptly. The guys came on time and their in-​home estimate closely matched the email version. They got the job done fast and seemed very reliable and reasonable. I would have no problems using them again. On top of that, I feel good that I’m using environmentally friendly services!

Very nice people, especially the gentleman who performed the service. Very professional. But the carpets weren’t clean enough afterward. I bought a small home cleaning system and did a better job myself. Next time I’ll call the big guys.

I purchased a Groupon and was so glad that I did! First of all, we couldn’t get the appointment scheduled until after the Groupon expired, but VioClean said as long as we scheduled it before the expiration date that it would be honored. I have not found that to be the case with every Groupon, and I was very happy that they were accommodating.
Donnie came to clean my carpets and was EARLY! He called me to see if I could meet him 15 minutes earlier than our designated time. I couldn’t get home until 5 minutes before the appointment, but I appreciated his offer. Donnie was very friendly, polite, and professional. He was a pleasure to be around, and did great work. My carpets were in REALLY bad shape and he did an amazing job. The carpets looks so much better than before. He was really helpful in telling me exactly what to do to help the carpets dry, and to not put any wood on them until completely dry.
I almost felt guilty for how little I had spent for such a great service by such a friendly service person. I will absolutely recommend VioClean to my friends. I got a few business cards from Donnie to share.

I was very excited to use Vioclean — a company completely in line with my environmental safety concerns and beliefs. I purchases a coupon on LivingSocial, and called Vioclean to book my appointment. This is when things started to get disappointing. The person I spoke to asked if he could park in my driveway. I told him I lived in downtown Boston and did not have a driveway. He then asked if I had handicapped access, which I don’t, given I live in a Brownstone. He said he wouldn’t honor the coupon, despite the fact there was nothing in the text that you needed a driveway or handicapped access, he got angry with me. He started raising his voice, telling me I shouldn’t have purchased the coupon. When I replied calmly that Boston is a city of Brownstones (who actually has a driveway or handicapped access in this town??), he started in on the blue collar ‘Listen Lady…” speak. Terrible customer service and respect. I was so disappointed that a company with such good principles would have such a poor screening process for their employees.

I also purchased the Groupon for carpet cleaning. We also had them do some upholstery cleaning. Donnie and Jeff were both very friendly, professional and did a great job. When we bought our house we were concerned with the white carpets; however, years passed and we never got them cleaned. I was so surprised how clean they got. Best $ 99 I ever spent. The sectional sofa and ottoman they cleaned looks really good too. Our dog loves to get on it after being in the pool so needless to say there were areas of it that were not in good shape. It looks great now! We will definitely use Vioclean again and would recommend them to anyone.

I bought the carpet cleaning for 3 bedrooms for $ 99 on Groupon. I liked how they were environmentally safe and also pet friendly as we have a dog. I was not home when the cleaner came but my husband said he was very friendly ane he did a great job! We have a tan colored carpet and it definitely had some stains and also normal dirt tracks from people walking around our house with their shoes on. But when he left, the carpet looked very clean! I loved it! It was still a little damp but by the next morning totally dry.
I would recommend Vioclean to anybody.

I had a Groupon for a $ 99 carpet cleaning (3 rooms, 900 sq. feet or less). I made an appointment over the phone and Donnie showed up on time and with a smile, even though it sounded like I was his 6^th or 7^th appointment of the day.
I am getting ready to move out of my condo and wanted to have the carpet cleaned for the tenant who I am renting my condo out to. The previous owners of the condo had clearly never cleaned the Berber carpet. It was a dark brown, almost black, color in some areas. Let’s just say it was so bad that you could see the outline of where they had placed furniture as those areas were somewhat lighter in color.
Donnie was quick and efficient and really polite. I asked him if he needed help or wanted water, and both times he said no thank you, but said he was grateful that I asked. Since I am on the third floor, he had to throw a rope down to hoist a hose and a water line up to my condo. He was so quick and quiet that I didn’t even realize when he left my condo to rig this set-​up. I was packing and working while he cleaned, and Donnie never bothered me. However, when I checked in on him, I noticed how clean the carpet was! Even a really stained spot was treated so well (he spot cleaned it so definitely attention to detail was a plus) that it was white again! I seriously have never seen my carpet so clean. I am kinda bummed that I won’t get to enjoy the clean Berber carpet in my place now.
Donnie was fun to talk to, and probably one of the friendliest service people I have ever encountered. He told some really funny stories and just seemed so personable that at one point, I felt guilty. .. like I was asking my friend to clean my carpet. And he was only there for a little over an hour. But you will see what I mean when you meet him. He even gave me a card and a magnet and was professional throughout the process, with handshakes and good manners. He even advised me to be careful when going from the cleaned damp carpet to my laminate wood floors as I could fall. When he left, he reminded me of my dad. .. he told me to remember to lock the door behind me!
I hope that his boss reads this review to him as Donnie admitted to me at the conclusion of his visit that he didn’t even own a computer and had never heard of Unilocal.I did tell him to be on the lookout for a great review of his service and that hopefully somebody will alert him to the content.
This was the best $ 99 I have ever spent. Turns out my husband has separately used Vioclean for bathroom tile cleaning services in his house and loved them too! I would recommend Vioclean without hesitation. The carpet in my condo is now clean and it’s an environmentally friendly process without any fumes or heavy chemicals or cleaners.

Excellent service. I had them come in and clean a indoor/​outdoor carpet. Prices were great. Service was great. They were on-​time, explained the process and were right to work. I would recommend them to anyone needing carpet work done. The REAL BONUS is that their process is environmentally friendly!
