Chow Time Pizza

My pizza was smashed to one side and was only semi cooked (Still doughy). This place has gone to crap fast ever since they changed owners. Little Caesar would be better at this point. Used to be the best pizza in town.

No. Just no. This pizza place used to be good for the price. Ordered from there in December and it was awful. I figured it was just an off night. Ordered from them again and it was the same texture. It was chewy and gross. I’d rather have a frozen pizza.

If you like the pizza at the state fair, you will like Chowtime. My wife and I would get take out about once every two weeks. The price was very reasonable and we like to spend money at locally run businesses. The last two times we’ve ordered from there, the dough in the center was raw.

Great pizza! Even better daily specials! We eat here often. Our order is usually ready in 10 – 15 minutes:-)

I’ve ordered from here twice before about a year and a half apart from each other so I’d have to say this place must be pretty consistent. Unfortunately I don’t live anywhere in the area, or the state for that matter, so can’t eat here regularly. Chow Time is mainly a take out place though there are some seats you could eat at if you so desire.
The menu is basic. Pizza. Salads. Calzones. But what they lack in variety they make up for in quality. Check their website because they do have some good deals throughout the week, including a deal where you get three large pizzas any way you want them for $ 23. The fiancée and I didn’t do it because we thought it might be too much pizza for us. Learn from my mistake. Order the three pizzas. They are that good and yes, you will eat every bit.
First time we ordered we got the cheeseburger pizza. nummy. A+ and two thumbs up sirs. Second time we did a make your own which I was slightly worried about as we had mushrooms on one half (which I detest) and onions on one half (which fiancée is allergic to). I was worried we wouldn’t be able to tell which half each of us should avoid. The Chow Time boys put the toppings on over the cheese making it easy peasy to tell which half was which. and by the by, they weren’t stingy with those toppings either.

Not only is it local, it is ALWAYS fresh with a great crust, fresh ingredients made with that homemade feel that will put any Italian grandmother to shame. In short: Buy it. Eat it. Enjoy it. Support your local economy. We love it.

I like their super thin crusts. Among the thinest for those watching carbs.
