I am the owner of CAT Studio!

Established 2007

I am a Chef, Nutritionist and AFAA Group Fitness, CPR, ADE certified.

I have been instructing and developing my pole fitness craft for over 3 years.

As a child I always had the dream of being a gymnast but my coordination skills were not where they should have been. I love fitness, health and nutrition but never really got into the everyday grind of going to a crowded gym. When I discovered pole fitness not only did it tone and strengthen my body in a way that I have never imagined but it also helped me to achieve my goal as a gymnast in a safe controlled environment!

Pole Fitness has changed my LIFE!

Everyday I strive to bring the art of pole fitness to the public.
