Quality Inn West

once again my company forced me to stay here… day i checked in i thought the lady behind the desk was gonna have a heart attack when i asked to have my room put in my name (had two rooms in someone else name)…i mean really im sorry i asked you to do your job. didnt even acknowledge my diamond status… and acted like i was interrupting her cell phone free time… wifi is the worst i have ever had… it runs good if you are up at 2 am… other than that its like dial up with aol… stay here if you must… but there are far better hotels close by…

Pulled in off of the highway after a long day of driving. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely friendly!
We booked a single King bed and received a AAA discount (off to a good start).
Everything in the room was super clean, and it included a mini fridge and microwave. There was plenty of space for our luggage and the shower head was wide and had great water pressure.
In the morning the complementary breakfast ruled– eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, doughnuts, cereal, fresh fruit, waffles, coffee, juice… you get the picture.
A great value and a super clean room, what’s not to love?

This was an incredibly bad experience. We booked the room on Kayak, about an hour before we arrived. We got there and 1: tried to charge us again, and when I finally got the front desk to understand that we had already paid for the reservation in whole, he admonished me for using Kayak instead of calling them directly. The room itself was okay, the shower has poor drainage so you shower in about 2 feet of standing water. Breakfast the next morning included sour tasting biscuits and gravy, mediocre eggs and expired yogurt.

This hotel is actually now with Quality Inn signage, right on «New» Highway 68 off of I-​75.
The hotel boasts a new, fresh remodel of all rooms and the entire hotel itself. This place is also rated by Triple A and you get a great rate when you book through them.
I was very impressed by this location. The hotel is extremely clean, in excellent repair and the rooms are really comfy and clean. Flat screen tv with tons of channels, microwave, mini fridge, and nice counter tops in bathroom. The king bed was super comfy and extremely fresh and clean.
Management was very friendly, helpful and very on top of getting things done around the property.
Free wifi during your stay, and a computer and printer for guests to use in the lobby that all worked great.
On premises is an indoor pool and jacuzzi, too! Continental breakfast served daily as well from about 6:30 to 11:00.
This is a really great hotel and I highly recommend it. For the price, I’ve not stayed at a hotel as nice as this one.
