Creative Carpentry

I had dreams about having my kitchen remodeled with new cabinets, but I had no desire to go to Home depot and be a do it your selfer or buy them and get a unqualified handyman to install them, so on a recomendation I contacted this company creative carpentr in Sylmar Ca.
I left a couple of messages on there answering service to call me back on how we go about them to come out to my house for a estimate, I heard two days later from a man name Jon who I assume is the owner and he said he would come out on the weekend since he is tied up on a big project, so no big deal I said that i will wait to hear from you, well the weekend gone by and I heard nothing from jon so I gave a call back the next week to remind him, and he said he totally forgot and can we get together this coming Saturday, I said I do have plans on Saturday evening and must leave my house at 5pm for i have a wedding to attend, he said no problem he will see me at noon, well I waited that Saturday all day and No Jon, I had to leave by that time for the wedding, That Monday I called there shop and spoke to jon and he said he got tied up and if we can rescheduled, I was hoping for a better excuse from him to give him the benefit of the doubt. But honestly there is only doubt, with dealing with this guy Jon and his company, I told him no thanks don’t care to be stood up anymore,
I did find a local company in my area and decide to work with them so far they have been on time and remember my name.

This contractor is the REAL DEAL! after dealing with another contractor who did not finish my kitchen cabinets, I hired Creative Carpentry to finish my kitchen and even with their busy shop, the owner kept constant communication with me. The installer he sent to my home is the most meticulous, attention to detail human being I have ever met and works on your cabinets as if they were his. Thank you!!!
