Luis Casas Tree Service

This review is not about the actual service, but rather the owner’s attitude and respect towards his customers.
In short:
Luis, the owner of this company, hit my car to make the alarm go off, just so he could get my attention to move my car. AFTER he took my parking spot. Very unprofessional!
In detail:
Yesterday, Luis told security guard in my condo area to knock on my door at around 6:45am to have me move my car so they can use my parking space to cut down the trees. As I came out to move my car, he was very thankful and couldn’t stop thanking me saying it was because he was working on the tree next to my car.
Today, he just invited himself to park in my assigned parking spot (which I paid for) without even asking me. One of the workers had me park along the red fire lane until they were done with work. Around 11am, my 2-​way car alarm goes off saying someone had hit my car. I run out to find Luis approaching me saying I can’t park in a fire zone and that I’ll get a ticket. I asked him if he hit my car, and he said, «No.» I asked him why did my alarm go off? He replies saying, «I had to knock on your window so you would come out and move your car.» No thank you. No apology. Walked off without saying a word afterwards.
I notified the property manager and she even agreed with me that, that shouldn’t be happening.
My alarm is customized to only go off with a considerable amount of force. Meaning Luis would have to had run into my car or punched it pretty hard for it to go off. just so I would come outside? You couldn’t have called the office to call me? It doesn’t matter if you were the owner of this company, you should not be hitting someone else’s car just to get their attention. And how would you even know I have a 2-​way remote? For all you know, you could be hitting my car over and over again, but I wouldn’t hear it because I’m on the other side of the building!

Luis has worked on the properties that I manage for years! Residential or Commercial properties he always does the best job! He did work cleaning up my REO properties too. Large or small jobs everything is always perfect! I highly recommend the service’s they provide.
They have even got permits for removing a dead oak tree at one of the properties. Luis recently treat another tree for insects. Great work and prices call them for all your landscape and maintenance needs!

Luis was great! Very professional and knowledgeable. Everything was explained put in writing and executed to perfection. As a Realtor, it’s always great to recommend a company you know will not let you down or make you look bad in front of your clients. These guys are the best tree service around! They keep things nice and neat, clean up after themselves and make sure everything is to your liking. They trimmed up an exisiting Pear tree that was far over-​grown in my back yard, also trimmed up a Eucalyptus. All I can say is what a difference all that makes in the way the tree grows and looks.
I came across Luis years ago, through a mutual relationship and I have not been disappointed. Use these guys for your tree service and you will not be disappointed.
