Mtech Exterminator Company

Following a vacation, my grandmother had a problem with bed bugs at her home. Being that I am her primary caretaker, I immediately began to contact multiple extermination companies in her area. After getting some general information from other companies, MTech introduced the idea of a heat treatment. The office staff was very knowledgeable about the treatment, and also provided detailed information on how to prepare so that everything went smoothly. One of the owners by the name of Victor, would call to check in during the process. He was very nice, and re-​assured we were working with the right company. After the heat treatment, we had a k-​9 inspection done and my grandmother’s home is completely clear of the horrid bed bugs. As someone working in customer service, I hold VERY high expectations in the service I receive, and was extremely pleased with Mtech’s customer service. Everyone I spoke to was very nice, helpful, and always made sure to stay on top of their communication. Although it seemed to be a nightmare situation at the beginning, Mtech definitely helped ease the situation and I’m so happy we found an easy solution. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone in the area.

These are nice people. But I’ve never experienced worse follow through or blatant unorganization. I don’t know if they are low staff or poorly trained but it’s a joke. They don’t always quote you correctly, they don’t call back when they say they will, nothing is in writing, and 13 weeks after first talking to them, I am STILL trying to finalize my issue. If you have patience and aren’t working a job yourself, then it may be worth the time, but I need a vendor who is on top of things and gets it done quickly and these guys were not the best answer.
As for the bed bug issue, they outsourced to another company who got the job done by the second go around. The job was almost $ 1000 cheaper than the competition. When I first hired them, they said they’d do the job until it was fixed. Then after the first treatment didn’t work, I was told they only do it 2 times before it’s my problem. Unbelievable.

Great experience with this company. I would highly recommend them! Andy came out and was very knowledgable about our roach problem. After having our place sprayed twice by another company we decided to give this company a try and everything was great! Our roach problem is finally being dealt with properly. Andy sprayed areas that the other companies did not spray and took the time to talk with us and did a perfect, detailed job!

I’ve used a variety of exterminator companies and this is the best company I have used. They have great communication, contact you when they may be running late and overall nice employees. They don’t treat you like you are stupid and listen to your concerns.

Unorganized. Late. Poorly trained office staff (whoever answers their phones). If you want a company who will be hours late, won’t call to let you know they are running late, misinformed office staff who doesn’t have a clue on using common sense with the public, then this co. is for you. All they are going to give you are excuses, excuses, and more excuses.
