Randco Heating & Air Conditioning

I’ve never bothered to write a review before, but I felt this company truly deserved one. I’ve been in my house for over 10 years, and the heating and air conditioning has never been right. The air flow into some of the rooms in our house has barely been noticeable. I had some other companies come out to scope out the problem, and their answer was always the same… you need a bigger furnace.
I decided not to go with those recommendations. Had I listened to them I would have wasted a lot of money. Fortunately I met Randy, owner of Randco. When he came over to the house, he actually went up into the attic, something none of the other companies did, to see first hand what the problem was, and discovered it was the way the ducts were hooked up.
His solution was not to put in a bigger furnace, but to actually put in a smaller furnace that allowed him the extra room in the attic to change how the ducts were arranged and sized. That made all the difference! Now, for the first time ever, we have heat and air conditioning that we can feel throughout the entire house. We’re in the middle of a heat wave in LA, and I can’t thank Randy enough for knowing exactly what to do to remedy our situation.
He also installed a Fujitsu ductless split system heat pump in our living room that cools/​heats that room almost instantaneously. So when we’re going to be spending some time watching TV, we can boost the heat or air conditioning just in that room without having to do the rest of the house. The temperature is finally pleasant in our house! And I owe it all to Randy’s knowledge, experience and expertise. I would highly recommend Randco to anyone who has heating and air conditioning needs.
