History

Established in 2011.

After years of working in the food service and restuarant industry the two Brothers decided to utilize their experience to open their own Café. One brother has been working as a Chef since 1993 working in many different aspects of food service. It was in recent years that he started to specialize in Italian and Healthy Cuisine. The other brother has been working as Front House and Floor management in the food service industry since 2004. He also has specialized in Italian Cuisine and customer service. In recent years both brothers gained an appreciation to Healthy alternatives and an interest in supporting the community.

Business Owner

The owner and Chef of Sylmars Fix, started in the industry in 1993 working in many different aspects of food service. It was in recent years that he started to specialize and appreciate Italian and Healthy Cuisine as a head Chef in a popular Los Angeles Italian restaurant. He decided to leave this job as the head Chef to pursue his vision of an Italian Gourmet Sandwich Café in Sylmar. As a resident of Sylmar he felt he had something to offer the community by starting his Café Sylmars Fix. He felt his menu of Gourmet Paninis, Salads and Wraps was a speciality the area was missing. His brother has been working as a Front House and Floor manager in the food service industry since 2004. He also has specialized in Italian Cuisine and customer service. In recent years both brothers gained an appreciation for Healthy alternatives and an interest in supporting the community.
