We found out mid-​morning on a Saturday that our tankless hot water heater was not working. We called Blossman on their 24 hour phone number. They had a local person call us immediately. We told him what was wrong. Within ONE hour, the service man came to our home and had the problem fixed! That is EXCELLENT customer service! I’m a very happy customer!
