Mike Cave, 37, has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of 1^st Equity Title & Closing Services since 2004. As a serial entrepreneur and marketing guru, he’s applied his unique strategies for developing and growing businesses, to the highly competitive, ever-​changing title insurance industry.

A native of Central Islip, NY, now residing in Dix Hills, NY, Mike has championed a value-​added approach to obtaining new clients, and nurturing his existing business relationships. As an extreme networker, he is often referred to by his clients, as their greatest advocate for new business introductions. Under his leadership, Mike has decisively positioned the company as a higher growth, higher value, less cyclical company.

Mike has taken 1^st Equity from a start-​up, one-​man-​show, to one of the fastest growing title companies in the United States. In 2013, Inc. Magazine recognized 1^st Equity as the Fastest Growing Title Company in New York.
