I went to this store as it is quite close to home and our family needed a phone asap. Vinny assisted us and was quite helpful throughout the process. Our biggest gripe is the fact that we were told the IPhone 6 was not available in store at the time however, as long as it was ordered before 5pm we would receive by the next day as they have 24hr turn around shipping. Unfortunately, this was and has not proven to be true at all. It has already been 48 hrs and are still waiting on phones which won’t be arriving for at least 24 more hours. It is quite obnoxious for customer reps to practically lie or misinform customers as I would have gone to a farther AT&T store for our phones if need be; these days being without a phone for even 1 day let alone 4 days is pretty rough.

I purchased a new iphone 5s and was not told that it did not have as much storage as my 4s that I was upgrading from. I told the rep I had over 2500 songs, and he never mentioned that the 16 gig was not big enough. When I got home and realized this, I called and was told that it was my error and I would have to pay the 35 dollar restocking fee. Since I needed a new phone I went back to get the phone with more gig and was treated rudely, and was mocked and laughed at by the manager, Vick. Additionally the sales rep, Ali bullied me by insisting when I get the survey I should keep in mind that he helped me and repeated this 5 times, insisting I should not give him a 9. He said even though Vick is not treating you right I am! I have never been treated as rudely in my life as I have in this establishment. I would not recommend going there at all. This was the Commack store

so I see this place every time I visit Starbucks next store
Usually there before it opens .but this day I am in need of a cord for an iphone
so kill two birds with one parking lot I say
coffee and a cord
seemed like a great idea…
till I go into the store
filled with phones and other assorted cases and such
and iphone cords
one problem one section has cords for 39.99
one section has exact same cords for 29.99
I take a 29.99 iphone cord
I am then promptly told its the wrong price they are all 39.99
I said well this whole row is 29.99
girls says well they are priced wrong
I says good bye
