The most disrespectful and condescending funeral home staff I’ve ever met. They offered NO direction to our wakes, didn’t check in on us to see if we needed anything, NO organization, they rushed our immediate family out of the room before sealing the coffin saying «we’re late we need to hurry». There’s no regard for the grieving, no respect for the loss of life that we were experiencing. The director is an arrogant man who is better off behind a desk than in front of a group of grieving people. I will NEVER arrange another wake here again.
It’s a dumpy, run down little home in Syosset with awful lighting and out of date fixtures. Don’t waste your time with these fools. Awful, awful, awful.
