These guys are awesome for food after a late night downtown. They draw a crowd wherever they go. I haven’t eaten there since they upgraded their truck, but I hope the guy taking orders still stands outside of the truck– for some reason that was a really cool personal touch. I liked talking to him about the business while waiting for my order (which was delicious)!
The hardest part is finding the truck. I don’t know what their schedule is, so a few times I’ve walked to where I found them before and they weren’t there. They could probably use an updated website. Maybe «find us» feature or something?

Awesome catering, by veterans!
We hired Bacon Brothers to cater our Entrepreneurship Bootcamp for Veterans event. They brought their A game, and their AAA+++ food. Best bacon BLT I’ve had, and the bacon Mac & Cheese were fab. The hot dogs were typical — until they added the bacon jam to them. Trust me, this is something you have to try, odd name and all. The rest of their food is fabulous, but what I really liked is that their team rocks, along with great food, and they’re also taking on downtown Syracuse and bringing a little joy.

I’ll admit it. I drive downtown at midnight just to grab a maple and bacon cupcake. Sometimes I drag my friends with me. It doesn’t take much to convince them, as my closest friends are carnivores and the mere mention of bacon has them grabbing their coats. But what truly makes eating here a pleasure is that the guys that own and run it are so friendly, that you actually wish you could eat more, just so you could hang out longer. They kindly provide heaters so you’re not standing in the cold, and it’s just a unique experience to eat great food incorporating bacon, while cracking jokes under a shiny metal pig lit by the night lights. Try the Philly cheese steak with bacon.
