History

Established in 1999.

After working as service manager for an oriental rug dealer for over 11 years I purchased that dealer’s service department when he merged with another oriental rug retailer in May of 1999. From then on I continued to receive referrals from that company and other rug retailers and decorators in the Syracuse area and grew to acquire the use of our present location which was built specifically for the cleaning and repair of oriental rugs. This building allows me to reduce cleaning turn around time significantly.

I have worked in the field of cleaning and repairing of oriental rugs for over 28 years. I have been privileged to work with some prestigious local clients and decorating firms. I was chosen to consult on the structural integrity of major rug purchases at Sotheby’s in New York City and have done a cleaning and repair project for an embassy in Washington, DC. I am also concerned with the quality of workmanship in even the smallest of orders and do my best to place every customer’s requirements as my first working priority.
