Fit Happens started because the owner realized there was no place in the CNY area that offered a multitude of fitness, health, and wellness services that could all be benefited from at an affordable cost. With an awesome team, she was able to make it happen– in comes Fit Happens!

Jade entered into the fitness world as a Zumba Fitness instructor and progressed from there. Her love of fitness is evident in the fact that she attends many of the group fitness classes at Fit Happens– don’t be surprised if you see her at a class!
