History

Established in 2006.

Metro Home Style opened in 2006 and has been featured in local and national magazines including UpState Home, CNY/​The Good Life, Better Homes & Gardens, The Green Retailer, Home Accents Today, Gifts & Decorative Accessories and Gift Shop Magazine. The store’s creativity in merchandising, community involvement and out-​of-​the box business ideas earned it a spot on Home Accents Today 50 Retail Stars List. In 2011 the store was named to Gifts and Decorative Accessories Magazine list of 25 Gifted Retailers.

Metro Home Style hosts in-​store events including seminars, tastings, and holiday parties. Food drives and cause marketing events allows the store to give back to the community. The store participates in the Syracuse Home Builders Parade of Homes and the Syracuse Junior League Holiday Shoppes.

Metro Home Style has a presence on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter and has an ecommerce site. The store’s loyalty program rewards repeat buyers and is available free of charge
