Business Owner

Don embodies the company’s unofficial motto, «Producing Smiles Everyday». You can normally find him cutting a rug with residents (of our Assisted Living communities) to the tunes of the Tacoma Banjo Band or even cutting out craft projects with participants from Active Day. Either way, Don’s heartfelt desire is to see people enjoying life. He is often heard saying the quote, «People may not remember what you tell them, they may not even remember everything you do… but they will always remember how you make them FEEL». Thousands of people in Pierce Co. have had their lives enriched and their years made golden, all because of the dream of Don Hansen.
