History

Established in 2011.

AllDegrees Plumbing was established in 2011 by Patrick Turner. Patrick spent several years managing a national electronics retailer before becoming a plumber, this gave Patrick knowledge and experience that other plumbers generally don’t get, it taught him how to work with customers, listen to their needs and provide solutions. It also showed him the importance of treating all his customers with respect and integrity. Most plumbers don’t have experience dealing with people on a day to day basis, and at times can come across as rude, insensitive, or unprofessional. With AllDegrees Plumbing you will never have to worry about being treated poorly. After being in retail management Patrick decided that it was time for a change and became a plumbers apprentice. Patrick earned his commercial license and spent the better part of a last decade working for various «Rooter» companies, but found that all they cared about was the bottom line. Customers service took a back seat to average ticket price and expensive water treatment solutions. Patrick found that calls had hidden fees and extra costs to complete the job that made many customers angry. Hi, my name is Patrick and I understand the customers side better than my competition.
