Auto Lube and Espresso

Called these f*ckers told me it would take only 25 minutes on the phone a minute before i got here, im in a huge hurry right now and its been 40 minutes and they still havent even put my car up. Never coming here again

This place is always too slow to be convenient. They shouldn’t have fast food if it takes 15 min. The coffee is alright and most of the «baristas» are nice however, I ordered my americano yesterday and it was so hot it burned my hand and my mouth. I asked for me cream and she said «well if you need more cream I will have to charge you» charge me? You burnt my coffee. I should get a free one. It was totally absurd. Guess it’s hit or miss, but never mess with my morning coffee!

Steer clear of this place’ both times my wife took in her car, some shady s@it happen, main service man that’s always at the counter pretty much called my wife a lier, so I called her and put him on the spot, he said he spoke with her and inform her that the oil filter has a leak, my wife started yelling at him on speaker phone and he changed his story, his people tighten what ever they loosen from the vehicle being serviced the day before. I told this guy I’ve Been coming here for years and this is how your going to do me? My 2011 cadillac has low miles and no issues’ these guys prey on people (females mainly) and don’t care about your lively hood. I posted a picture of my wife’s car leaking oil. I hope this helps all you people that do reviews, You’ve been warned!!!

went there 3 weeks ago, and I thought the service was ok. They were really fast, and did not try to upsell. I went to check my oil today, and the dip stick is broken. Nobody has touched anything since i had my oil changed at this place. I went back and they refused to help cover the cost, or even look at it or try to do anything to help me. they said if they had noticed it was broken they would have said something, but it didnt just break by itself, and it was fine before I took it to this place. Now I am out the cost of labor to get the broken dip stick out and replacing it with a new one.

I’ve been coming here for over 2 years. With 3 different vehicles. Never had any issues.
Until May 22 of this year… Had a basic oil change. A week or so later I noticed I was leaking oil — a co-​worker also noticed it and told me. I thought it was from other cars so I left cardboard under my car that night…
Yep! Slow oil leak. My drain plug was almost COMPETELY OUT. Maybe a turn or turn and a half and it would have came out. I tightened it by hand (didn’t have the right size socket) and took it back there the next day.
They looked at it no problem, tightened the plug no problem, topped my oil off no problem. They said I was leaking oil from somewhere else and showed me underneath my car where oil was dripping… Never happened before but ok my car has almost 180k miles.
Few days later guess what? No leaking! I’m going to change my own oil from now on… Thanks James, Chris, and Gary.
They also changed my cousins tranny oil… And forgot to tighten that properly too so he was leaking tranny oil until he noticed! Just small things… But important as all hell.

So this is the espresso review not the lube shop:
I have never and I mean NEVER been treated so poorly at an espresso place. These ladies were rude. They were making inappropriate jokes, ignoring me being there, mocking something I said… This place is DEFINITELY never getting a dime from me again. They didn’t even deserve the tip I gave them. Plus honestly the coffee was not even that good. Id rather have Bigfoot Java any day. Go some place else.

Used to be great, as of the last few visits it went from being a regular customer to now probably never returning to the shop again!
Word to the wise if you ever get parts changed on your cars ask for the old ones back… at least then you know they changed it and you didn’t get scammed. Been going to Autolube on 38^th street for over 15 years and just found out they scammed me the last couple times and charged me for parts they never changed. Smdh. The guy thought I was a fool but I caught him up in a lie. So after some choice words and an argument to nowhere, they lost my business all over an air filter.
So this specific vehicle that I had their top tier oil change service done on today was also taken to their shop about 9,000 miles ago for my 90 000 mile service! During today’s visit the gentleman came out and showed me an extremely dirty air filter and told me it needed changed at which point I told him it was changed last time by them how could it be so dirty already. I was outside of the waiting room on a phone call and so I told him I would pass for now. When he came back in ring me up a few minutes later he proceeded to tell me that the air filter was a brand that they have never used so it couldn’t have been them that changed it! I asked him if he was sure and he said yes and then I asked them is replacing the air filter part of the 90 000 mile service and he also said yes! at that point I realized I was probably charged to replace an air filter that they never did. I asked them how could it be so dirty when it should have been changed 9000 miles before, at which point he started arguing with me and trying to spin my words and said well it must have been changed sometime between, at which point I reminded him I have only had an oil change one time since then and it was through them! He immediately got defensive and said he wasn’t going to argue with me because I didn’t understand what he was saying! I told him I clearly understood what he was saying that this air filter in my car was a part that they have never used and yet on my previous invoice from two times before they marked down that they changed the air filter. So the only logical conclusion is that they never changed it! It was also pretty clear that this air filter had been in the car for some time because there’s no way it could have gotten that dirty so quickly from just around the town driving! You could tell he was caught in a lie and just decided to be very defensive and rude at that point and then in return I got quite the attitude myself! I pointed out to him that me and my family have been going to him for over 15 years and we always trusted a small family owned shop like that would be doing the right thing rather than take our chances with a big chain like Jiffy Lube and he was risking losing my business for the multiple vehicles I bring in there and he returned with an answer he didn’t care! I have had an issue with the same man a couple visits before because he had quoted me one price and then charged me another, but I let that go. I also had the suspicion one time he didn’t change my wiper blades in a different car that I had a 60 000 mile service done in, and when I asked for the old ones back he said that already been taken out to the dumpster and we’re gone, so I bought it and just hoped I wasn’t being lied to! I don’t believe this man is the owner, but I think maybe they are related! the owner used to be there all the time dating back to even when I used to go with my father before I started driving myself 10 years ago, and we always had good service, but in his absence the guy running it now is a complete jerk! So now I’m urging all my friends and family do not patronize them! It is pretty sad because it’s all over a cheap air filter and had he offered just to make it right and even given an excuse like he doesn’t know how this could have happened, I would have probably been satisfied! I even earlier in the visit had asked for a quote to bring my truck in for 90 000 mile service which is coming due, and now I guess I’ll take my $ 500 elsewhere!

Stopped in, got a 10 minute oil change with professional service.
This place is sparkly clean, convenient and very affordable (prices shocked me)
Will be returning again based on this last experience.

After my most recent oil change, I reinstalled my speakers… which means disconnecting the battery… which was covered in blue crystals on one of the terminals. Yet they never mentioned it to me :(

I haven’t been to these guys in a few years but was on here looking for a new oil change place as I recently moved and felt compelled. They have a tenancy to over-​fill with oil. Now some may argue that this won’t cause problems but with my classic car I won’t take chances. We stopped taking our two cars there and my mom stopped even before us when she found out they were over-​filling her oil. I found out later they were also doing that on one of our cars. Nice guys, great customer service, but I just won’t chance it.

Been coming here for a long time, sometimes they are fantastic, and other times they play the old salesman trick on me, and really push additional services, that I find out later on I don’t need for thousands of miles. I am very hesitant to go back.

I’m a big fan of this place. I get my coffee there on pretty much a daily basis and they are always very friendly. I get my oil changed every 90+/- days as needed and that always goes off without a hitch.

The service was quick, friendly and reasonably priced. I had a simple oil change, and I was out of there in less than 10 minutes. The place is conveniently located near my office, so I plan to come back when I’m due for service again.

Great (and fast!) service, great atmosphere, and wonderful employees! I’ve been coming here for years and would recommend this place to everyone!

10÷30÷11 I have changed this review from a 1 start to a 3 start simply because when this company saw my initial complaint, they did leave me a comment apologizing and asking to please let them make it right, and i was given the owner’s phone number to talk to him. This goes a LONG way with me and I thought that was a wonderful thing to do. I immediately logged in and changed my rating. Thank you Bruce, I appreciate it. Again Bruce… your auto lube service is awesome!!! I may not go back for coffee, but I will definitely continue to bring my car to you for my oil changes!
7÷14÷11 First, I would have to say that the autolube services is actually 5 stars, but the coffee shop employees treated me so horribly on 2 occasions that I bring this entire thing down to a 1 star!!! One time I asked for an extra «stamp» since the previous day I couldn’t find the card. She flat out told me that she remembered stamping it in a very condescending voice (she hadn’t stamped it… i couldn’t find it). Thus accusing me of lying. Over a STAMP. I’d been a customer off and on for over 2 years at that point so regardless it was horrible customer service and caused me to stop going there for about 4 months. And not because of the policy over the stamp. But because of her accusing me of lying. I’d been coming long enough that she recognized me!!!
The other time was more recent. It was by an employee that’s been there for years as far as I know. I was very snippy with her about a raw bagel she had given me and it apparently insulted her and she got an attitude with me. Totally understandable (although in customer service you really should never cop an attitude with the customers). I’d never been like that with her and was a customer off and on for about 4 years at that point. She knew who I was. I then apologized to her. I had been snippy because my mom had just died 2 days previously after battling lung cancer for 5 years. She was only 60. I told her this because it wasn’t her fault that I had been snippy. She then said «sorry» in a nasty tone. Then she just handed me the bagel and said «next time you need to tell me ahead of time if you wanted the bagel toasted twice because it holds everything up». She was very nasty. I will never go back for coffee. If you have ANY kind of problem or issue the customer service goes out the window and they are awful. There are more issues but those 2 were the worst. In 30 years, I have NEVER had people treat me like this at any coffee shop EVER.

This place is bar-​none, THE best oil change place I’ve ever been to. The lobby was immaculate, there is a coffee stand right next door, and I was in and out in 10 minutes for a basic oil change! I was so impressed I went back the next day to have my fuel lines cleaned, and my lil’ car acts like shes brand-​spankin’ new now!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone whos looking for great customer service, comfortable surroundings and fast oil changes!
