Babies R Us

This place is clean, as an expecting soon to be dad I never knew there were so many items for infants, toddlers, & kids! They are also the only department store in the area to have the pregnancy posture pillows.

1 star as their website was messed up, customer service was clueless, an extra star for someone calling, but still no help. Stress is not helpful, so registered with every place but them now. Won’t use them again 4 anything baby related. Lost th u s customer.

Stopped in on Black Friday to grab a few more things & though it was busy, Eric took the time to explain certain items I was questioning on wether I needed or not … He had a lot of patience with this 1^st time mom haha
Extremely friendly and helpful! I don’t look forward much to shopping (I know, I am odd Haha), but he made it a lot easier being so helpful!

Babies R us was definitely a store for babies. The employees was really nice. I even got my arm stuck in a baby chair and couldn’t undo all the confusing latches. They helped me out of it without making me feel like an idiot though. I went there to register for a baby with my mom even though we’re not having one… LOL

I love the rewards program. I always get 5 – 15 $ back to use on anything. I have purchased all of her baby items here. Staff are really friendly.

Customer service is awesome here. We went to check it out after registry at the Tukwilla location. We decided to add to our registry her since it’s a much nicer store and is not attached to a toys r us. Definitely recommend this location!

Customer service is exceptional! I was in the store for nearly two hours starting my registry (not nearly enough time — so overwhelming!) and was greeted, congratulated, or offered help by every employee that I came across. I could tell some even stopped what they were doing or where they were going to stop and talk to me. Judy, at the registry desk, was especially helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

Regardless of the reviews, the customer service was superb. It was mt first time there and getting closer to their closing time. Not once were we rushed. We got such great help with choosing a car seat. The whole experience was just awesome. Jen was very knowledgeable on products. Another girl, Lacey, super rad. And cashier i think her name was becca. Awesome!

The customer service that I have experienced at this store has been excellent. There was only one time when the gal that was helping me was very obviously pretending to know what she was talking about, but other than that, every other experience has been great.
I had purchased a stroller-​car seat combo from my registry and used it for two months. From day one I wasn’t sure I liked it because the front wheel of the stroller was wobbly and causes me to lock the wheel at all times, which was a pain to maneuver. I just thought I’d get used to it! When I discovered that the store policy is excellent for exchanges, I was able to trade in the whole thing for a new brand altogether. The gals that helped me were very knowledgeable and spent a decent amount of time looking at my options and telling me what I needed to know.
We also had special ordered a glider and when it came to the store as the wrong product, they sold us the floor model at a discount, and we saved a ton of money.
I have spent a bit more money at this store than I care to admit, and my little guy is only 3 months old! They have my future business, for sure.

We had our first born Son and I normally enjoy coming here because you can basically find everything you need in one shot IF you’re willing to pay $ 4 more :(
I only ran into one sales associate my entire visit so if the item looked sold out I didn’t even bother trying to track her down.
Found one cute shirt on «clearance» ($ 6) and that was it lol.
The store was clean and organized but no staff.
I wish they had real sales where you could actually get an item for a bargain.
If the outfit was originally $ 34 & you take a whopping 10% off you only really remove the tax :(
I believe it’s time for this MaMa to move on and find better deals somewhere else.

Went there looking for a booster seat for my growing son. He wanted a certain blue one. They didn’t have it. One of their employees did look it up on their computer to see if they had one in stock and they didn’t, but said they could order it. I thought that was nice that the employee didn’t just say «no» we don’t have one. The store itself though it just an average Babies R Us.

At check out signed me up with a predatory scam offer called GreatFun without my knowledge. They did it again at Toys R Us, and it’s been taking 16.99 out of my debit card twice a month on two different GreatFun accounts. Really?! Never shopping here again.
If you still need to shop here, tell them at the register to NOT sign you up for these scams.

Just had an excellent experience there. We’ve shopped a lot there before but today they went really above and beyond. We ordered a crib and it came way sooner than expected which was cool in itself. So we called to see if we could pick it up and the guy I talked walked back to the stock room to measure the box just to be sure it would fit in our small car. We got there and the stock room manager brought it up himself and tried to help us load it. When it didn’t fit as well as we thought he popped the box open and helped us load the whole thing piece by piece and it fit perfectly even with a mattress on top. He was really helpful and everyone was very nice. Great experience.

Much larger in my opinion than the Southcenter location which allows for more room to browse.
While I think the company as a whole has a bit higher prices than I’d normally like to pay, I like this location.

They seriously had NOTHING in stock. The shelves were really bare. From anything from jumpers to car seat toys, just like they hadn’t ordered anything in months or something. It’s a big store though so that’s good. IF the stuff was actually stocked there was a lot of options for things. Some really neat baby bedding that I haven’t seen at the other baby’s r us locations! Out of the 4 people I asked for help only one was able to help me. The others didnt have the answer and they just kinda guessed and were wrong which made the process hard. Not going to keep me away though! If you’re shopping for a large item I would call and make sure they have it first due to the empty shelves.

I am done shopping in this store. Someone half-​heartedly greeted me when I walked in but that same person was waiting on a customer so I could’t ask for help finding what I needed. I wandered around the store for quite a while and apparently there are no clerks on the floor because I didn’t see one! I finally found what I had gone in there for and took it to the check out. I was waited on immediately, but unfortunately the 2 clerks were having a conversation about something that they couldn’t end~ I ended up saying something about how rude it was and the older clerk laughed.

They have a lot of great stuff but the service is just sad. If you have something to return get ready to wait a half hour or so because no one ever brings a receipt. and the staff can’t always figure out what to do. Store could be a bit cleaner and employees, too.

I don’t visit as much since my daughter is much older but I remember this establishment differently from my earlier, frequent visits.
To start off the staffing was nowhere to be found and when I finally saw one, I swear she was running away from me, so I had to shout out to her! Geesh… I know they know when customers are looking for help damnit! Well then of course the associate could not tell if the product on the wall was what was the registry since the sku didn’t match, Grrrr…
Next, we headed to find another item and of course, none available. We did what we could and found other items but the store was lacking in staff, product and overall friendliness.
I won’t even start about the robot of a cashier we had:(disssaaapppointed!

We come to babies R us, when we need something that we know Target or Wal-​mart is not going to carry. Prices are little high at Babies R us compared to Target etc, but at least they will have it. They also have a great selection of toys for the infant.
