I am 44 years old and I have been coming to this location on a regular basis for several years now. I actually had stopped wearing makeup because my face had rosecea and most makeups irritated my face. I started with the face wash and was so impressed that I tried the moisturizer, then the primer and foundation. Today this is the only makeup that touches my face. Their mascara is amazing. It’s all worth the price and lasts a very long time! Esther was the employee there that completely set me up. Now she’s a manager(well deserved). But I have to say that none of the girls have ever steered me wrong. I absolutely swear by bare minerals. Do a favor for your face… Start and try just one thing. You’ll go from there ;)

So I had thought I had a bad experience the first time I went there this second visit revealed bare minerals poorly trained management. I had some makeup from an ex bf I wanted to exchange. I had no issues with the return went smoothly. I leave then later I’m reading the receipt and realized the employee did not refund my foundation brush. No big deal. They will remember me and it will be no problem. I call the store first thing in the am and speak to the manager. I explain the issue and she gives me attitude and starts questioning me after the fact I’ve already returned my makeup. It was ridiculous. She asked me who bought the makeup lol. I gave her info despite the fact I was being cross examined. She then tells me she has to call the employee to Mske sure I’m not lying. Lol. I say no problem and tell her to rerun the video from the store. I can’t believe this craziness. So i finally go back into the store the next day and explain who I am and she tells me she needs the gift card the original employee gave me from Sunday which is in my car becsuse I had my four year old with me and carried a small wallet purse. She actually wanted me to go to my car and fetch it cos I’m not a customer right. Saying the employee gave me the wrong gift card. I wonder how is this my problem? Really. And how can u treat me a huge shopper and big spender especially on makeup like a two cent street rat. I was angry. She was snotty and looked at me with disdain and acted to me like I was a problem. It was not my fault u guys messed up. She was so rude she went on to say why did u return medium dark foundation I mean how would u have that color!!! Wow!!! Out of bounds. Really. We’ll for one I am a freelance makeup artist and medical esthetician so I own every color of foundation that exists for clients and second a man bought it thinking it was bronzer I had wanted. Why would that even be a question!!! Can we say your crazy and rude and have lost my sales completely. Get over your self and grow up. I am disgusted. I will go buy from Nordstrom instead where customer service is real and true.

This place is a total waste of time. The store is dirty. Employees are less than enthusiastic about the product or helping customers. I have attempted to be a purchasing customer at this store three different times, each time leaving unimpressed. So, third strike and they’re out! I will either order the product on line or head to Nordstrom. Thank goodness the product speaks for itself because if it relied on the employees of this store to sing its praises, the company would sink.

I went in here tonight to see if someone could match my skin color and just try out the foundation to see if it irritated my skin or not. It was busy enough, so I stood around looking at the makeup and reading the information available. No one acknowledged me at all while I waited. I looked around and there were two women who weren’t busy with customers at all and neither of them approached me. Usually at this point I’d approach them but two women walked in and both of them were approached and helped right away. What the heck? I looked around a little more, then realizing that I’d probably never get help I decided to leave. I’ll give them another shot on a slower day, but helping people who arrived after me? Not cool.
