Cocktail bartending events include wedding receptions, holiday/​birthday parties, corporate events and more. We staff skilled bartenders to meet the needs of any size party. Our credentials include endorsements from the event managers at locations such as the Gig Harbor Yacht Club, LeMay Museum in Fife, Foss Waterway Seaport in Tacoma, Pioneer Park Pavilion in Puyallup, Thornwood Castle in Lakewood, plus many, many more.

I’m having a hard time writing this review. Scott was very nice and personable. If you hire him, I would be very specific and ask a lot of questions like tell him what the attire is, what the event is and ask the questions of what to serve at your wedding/​event. He wore a t-​shirt that says «who’s your daddy», a Seahawks scarf and ball cap to my wedding which was an evening wedding and cocktail attire. I never thought I would have to tell a bartending company what to wear to a wedding, I would’ve assumed it would’ve been something professional. His employee or coworker looked very nice. I had quite a few people comment on his attire and asked if it was just a friend helping out. Luckily, I was very organized and had everything together because 3 DAYS before the wedding, he contacted me and told me what I needed to supply for the day of including what kind and how much alcohol to supply, what to keep it in and how much ice to get. I would think that would be something important to tell the bride and groom way in advance considering you aren’t going to be ordering all the kegs, wine etc 3 days before.

My husband and I hired Bartending by Mallard for our 60⁄70 joint birthday party. Working with Scott Mallard was a pure pleasure. His knowledge and expertise in helping me to prepare and calculate the amount of drinks and mixers was invaluable. He was easy to communicate with from the get-​go. He showed on time which was a very good thing because many of our guests showed up early (Yikes…who does that?). It did not ruffles his feathers one bit. He and Dinah jumped right in and happily served drinks. His personality is what really shines. He is super funny, courteous and professional all at the same time.
This was a very special event that I had been planning for over a year and Scott absolutely exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend Bartending by Mallard. Let them take charge of your bartending. You will be happy and grateful you did!

Scott and Jeremy were our bartenders for our wedding reception at the Washington State History Museum. They were professional and went above our expectations in terms of serving and attending to our guests. Also, they made some pretty cool drinks with our limited option of champagne, white/​red wine, and beer. Kudos to that!
