The worst bk ever… I am really curious about the owner of this location… I don’t understand, maybe the owner has too much money so, the owner is O.K. to through away the money… The place is dirty and nobody cares about customers… I will never go there… Too sadly bk is losing the location… At any way, I like bk but not this location…

National ad campaign currently taking place for Oreo Red Velvet Shake. The signage at this location’s drive thru is also hyping the product. When I ordered one two days ago however, the order taker told me that they don’t serve the shakes any more. Coupled with the messiness inside the restaurant and the disorganization inside the kitchen, the shake incident makes this franchise not even worthy of one star.

The manager was very unhelpful, she was too busy helping the two other employees with their drive through window to man the front desk, which she was the only one doing. So we, with our four small children, decided to take our business elsewhere.

Staff makes the new Wendy’s girl look positively intelligent. Interior cleanliness makes a septic tank look clean. The floor was so sticky you could hear our shoe bottoms releasing and resealing themselves to the sucrose coated surface. The restaurant was filled to the rafters with Chicken Fries signage so that sounded like it was destined to be dinner. Nope. They don’t have them, even though they’re on the menu. Ordered a mediocre Bacon Cheese burger meal instead. Bitter tasting fries indicates deep fryer oil in desperate need of changing. Napkins and drink lids needed refilling. The employee texting in the adjacent booth didn’t seem to care about the lack of soft stock. Dine here only if your health insurance is in good order.

Just got done eating breakfast here with my man friend. The staff was friendly but apparently not so smart. I ordered a biscuit sandwich and received a biscuit with just a piece of cheese in it… Uh. Okay. He ordered the muffin sandwich and wasn’t given the egg… –_– I would kind of understand if they were super busy but they weren’t busy at all. Get it together people.

Went to eat here after picking up my wife’s car from the body shop. The inside was clean. My wife ordered our family’s food and the cashier was friendly. We didn’t order any special orders, but our food did come out correctly and pretty fast. The fried and the chicken nuggets were freshly cooked. They have a play area for the kids to keep them busy and wear them out.

That is funny reading the review the other person posted about this place. I feel almost the exact same way, this place is terrible! When I was waiting by the drive through window, I saw the person inside DROP a sandwich on the floor and put it back in the bag. Granted it was in a wrapper, but it is still completely disgusting and unethical to do that. I told him what I saw when he tried to hand me my food but just wanted to argue with me and tell me that I didnt know what I was talking about. Granted, I just drove off and decided not to eat there anymore… for good reason.
