I am 90 years old and have been trying to get someone from this business to come to our home to check, clean and possibly repair our gas fireplace. He promised to come before last Christmas and again twice since then. It is now Feb, and no show!

This guy. I can’t even. He stood us up twice in a row, without bothering to call. Nor did he apologize when he finally, finally returned my call to reschedule, nevermind that I rearranged my entire afternoon, twice, because the best he could give me was a three-​hour window. Once he did show up — two hours late-​, he didn’t greet me, didn’t make eye contact, barely spoke. Working with this guy was about as enjoyable as talking to Comcast. He got the job done in the end. Our fireplace works. But seriously.
(His assistant (and son?) was great, friendly, helpful. But unfortunately he’s not the one running the show.)
