Quoted $ 145/​hr. my husband said he was sure they said at hook up, they said he was wrong, it was per hour. HEY PEOPLE THAT’S FROM THE TIME THEY GET THE CALL AND THE DRIVER ACTUALLY GETS TO YOUR VEHICLE! Yah ok, understandable. Our call went in at 1230 and it was 1345 when the driver finally got to Kent and loaded it. We were told it was a busy morning… ok, well if you start charging me from the time your driver leaves and I WAS QUOTED AN HOUR WAIT AND AM PAYING FOR THE WAIT TIME, you should SHOW UP in that hour. Smells pretty fishy cuz you know anyone can get tied up in traffic and say they had a busy morning – especially if they take the long route to their destination. Granted we had a larger vehicle but the $ 145 quote was AFTER seeing photos of it. Word of caution – if you use them, make sure you record your conversation and get all the details clear! While I was on the phone talking with their boss Dave to clear things up, the tow driver tried to tell my husband the truck would have to go to their yard and it would be an extra fee to get it out. Really? I have no problem paying for quality service when folk are honest and clear up front about what to expect. Sharing this so you can at least know what you’re getting involved in! They also operate under Northwest Towing cuz that was the name on the tow that picked us up and if you look up their name on Unilocal,you’ll see someone else had a similar experience. Live and learn but $ 600 is an expensive lesson. NO one in their right mind would have said ok to a $ 145/​hr charge from the time the tow leaves until they get to you and then agree to wait as long as it takes when THEY ARE PAYING FOR IT! WTH? And to the dispatch lady – wasn’t your fault so I apologize that you got caught in the middle.

Long wait time… but apparently they are the only ones that can get the job done!

The staff of Fife Towing provided fast and efficient service for one of our company vehicles when we needed it most, and we couldn’t have chosen a better company for the job. Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and they kept the communication clear and transparent throughout the whole process. We will definitely be using them again in the future, but hopefully that won’t be for a while, since having to get anything towed is a pain. But at least Fife Towing makes the ordeal quick and easy-​! Truly a company that I would highly recommend to others!

I needed a car towed 7.5 miles, the man quotes me 95 $ an hour and said it would probably take less then an hour. Then I explained to him that it needs to be a flat bed truck because the car is lowered, the guy told me that it would take 2 hours since lowered cars are more difficult to get on the truck then a normal car. I had told him that the other guy from a different tow company was capable of doing it in less then 5 minutes and had no issues. There was a pause and the guy responded with, well then it’s probably not a lowered car and your bf doesn’t know what’s talking about. He’s had this car for 7 years and even a person who doesn’t know anything about cars would be able to tell the difference. At that point, I wouldn’t have cared if they were having a special and it was free. The way he took the call and spoke to me was completely unprofessional. I didn’t use them nor will I in the future.

Very fast, professional and friendly. And reasonably-​priced. I was on the verge of tears when I realized I’d locked my keys in, and in less than 30min I was driving away with a smile on my face. THANKS GUYS!

When our fermentation vessels for our new brewery arrived to us sandwiched into a tiny shipping container, we were unable to figure out how to retrieve them. A week’s worth of searching, negotiating with the shipping company and the manufacturer left us with very few safe options, none of which were affordable.
Then we came up with another plan and called local tow companies to see if they could help us get the vessels out with a flatbed truck.
Fife Towing responded promptly, were very helpful, and were able to understand from the outset what we were asking for and what their capabilities would be.
Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I know for a fact that this company is well respected and goes beyond the call of duty to safeguard vehicles and there contents. I was involved in an accident and they professionally helped me through the whole process. I had some valuable laptops and other electronics in the vehicle. When I arrived two days later to get my belongings, they had inventoried the items and stored then safely in the busness office. I find that to be very professional and considerate. I had over $ 6000 in electronics and it was all well cared for and safe. I believe this company does go beyond the call of duty and makes every attempt help customers. I know that towing companies get a bad rap and people allways look to point the finger at them. A company who’s been around for over 63 years really has gotten it right and in my case I have recommended them to everyone I know. Use them with confidence and the assurance that you are getting the best of the best.

Make sure all your personal belongings are out of your vehicle… Even then I wouldn’t trust them. They stole my iPod. When I went and talked to the owner/“president”, he blew me off saying, «all his employees are trustworthy» I told him I just wanted him to know that the person who towed my vehicle was not. He wouldn’t even listen to me after that. He drove away. NEVER use this tow company if you have a choice.

Thanks to Justin, Roadie and Phil for all their help. I had my ¾ 4wd Chevy stuck to the axles in very swampy mud hole. The guys from Fife tow came out and looked at and came up with a plan to get it out. Got the truck out with no problem. Cant beat the customer service that Fife Tow gives. Again thanks a lot guys.
