Gary Clower has 30 plus years of defense experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and well respected in the criminal defense community. He has obtained dismissals, not guilty verdicts, and exceptional downward sentences by successfully defending clients against serious allegations in a wide variety of criminal cases.

Business Owner

Gary M. Clower graduated from Purdue University in 1978 with a B.S. Degree, and from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1983 with a Juris Doctor Degree. His practice is limited to criminal defense in all Washington courts and in all Federal Courts.

He is a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Tacoma-​Pierce County Bar Association. He is a past member of the Pierce County Superior Court Criminal Procedures Committee and a current member of the Tacoma-​Pierce Bar Association Superior Commission.

He has successfully defended many high profile cases over the years and defends primarily felony cases, including murder, sex offenses, drug offense, property crimes and many others.
