History

Established in 1979.

Attorney John Graham opened his personal injury practice in Bellevue, WA, in 1979. After nearly 20 years of managing his practice, Graham merged his law firm with another Seattle area firm forming Graham Lundberg & Peschelin 1998.

In order to strengthen the reach of its services to South Puget Sound, the firm merged with Kenneth Golden, and his firm, Golden & Associates in 1999, which was a successful personal injury law firm in Tacoma. Kenneth Golden attended the University of Puget Sound Law School with Lundberg & Peschel. Ken remains the managing partner for all South Sound operations of Graham Lundberg & Peschel, which includes Pierce, Kitsap, Mason, Thurston, Lewis, Clark and Jefferson Counties.

In 2008, Sean Ayres, an associate attorneyin the South Sound offices in Tacoma and Port Orchard, became a partner with Graham, Lundberg & Peschel. Sean continues to exemplify the firm’s highest standards for client service and legal work.

Business Owner

Kenneth B. Golden is the Senior Managing Partner for the South Sound Offices of Graham Lundberg Peschel. Ken earned his Juris Doctorate, with honors, from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1986 and is a long-​time member of the Washington State Association for Justice and the Tacoma-​Pierce County Bar Association.

Ken successfully operates offices in Tacoma, Port Orchard, and Vancouver, as part of the merger with Graham Lundberg Peschel and his prior firm, Golden & Associates. Ken has practiced law for nearly 30 years, devoting his time to pursuing the rights of injured victims in personal injury matters.
