too bad i have to at least post at least one star because i would post zero if i could; i had unfortunately been placed with a doctor Yau Baum who NEARLY KILLED ME!!! I was placed on tramadol, vicodin, flexiril, baclofen and other pain related medications and what did she do? she gave me PROZAC!!! I wound up having seizures due to the severity of the withdrawal symptoms and i called her to tell her i need a special detox to prevent an accident and an hour later i wound up falling down the stairs nearly breaking my shoulder and neck and going numb from the waist down due to the accident!!! i am now back with CHI Franciscan and they listened to me! they sounded sincere due to the accident and said i shouldn’t have a problem continuing my medication regiment

Every time I go to the pharmacy I’m waiting at least 45 minutes, usually longer. I even call in sometimes hoping that it will speed up the process but nope. Come here with a packed lunch and a book to read because you’ll be waiting forever.

If I could I would rate this a minus 5 star. I heard them called group death and that is exactly what they are.
I had problems for over five months, and I will not be back the next three months, I will wait until I can get into another insurance, even thou medically I need care now.
I am blind, they have not heard of ADA, I have come I to the building with a service dog and been kicked out more than 20 times, she wears a harness and is from a well known school in NY, yet they refuse both of us enterance I to the facility. I and family members have heard nurses say, they don’t want to see us with that dog, so I sit in waiting room for up to 7 hours for scheduled appts. When I do get seen, I have had nurses, take me by the hand, pull me down the hall and then push me up onto a scale without saying anything but my full name in a small waiting room. In urgent care, I went once and the doctor wrote in the chart that I drove myself and that I was accompanied by a child (my guide dog), I walked out and should have called the cops, a physician she was suppose to be yet she was hallucinating. I went a second time, which leaded me to critical care unit at the hospital, but while there, I have video of them refusing me medication for 7 hours, also they refused me water and food, I was not on any restrictions from the doctor. In seven hours there for neutropenia fever they refused to take my temp, or vital signs.
In five months, I have gone from you have clarifications, 100% positive it is nothing else! to it is DCIS, 100% positive it is nothing else. To it is stage 1 grade 3 cancer, 100% positive it is nothing else. To it is stage 2a cancer. Do I believe it is 100% the final diagnosis! not with these doctors.
I had surgery, one they charged me for surgery but the doctor even says it was not surgery, I did not go to operating room, and the doctor was not a surgeon but I was charged for surgery. The second one the doctor did not get it all and had to do a second surgery. All three times I was denied pathology reports. I was left with a tube that was infected and no doctor at group health that would pull it out, and three months later numbness down the arm, swelling in the arm and numbness in the chest and they have refused any surgeon to see me.
I went to oncology for chemo, every time it is suppose to take 3 hours, it takes 7, doctor refused to see me once, yelled at me and refused to hear my complaints the second time, and saw me for less than 10 minutes the third time. Between calls, emails and visits I told her I had diarrhea for 30 days and she told me to cut down on immodium and refused me any other care in 30 days.
They have refused to put any cancer material in a format I can read. They have refused to put any bill into a format I can read. They customer service, and complaint dept is a joke, they refused to return phone calls answer complaints and just tell you if you don’t like it take you and the dog somewhere else.
I have a million other complaints, like how nurses slam doors in your face, how you nearly can stand up in urgent care, yet they make you stand in line more than 30 minutes to register or tell you to come back later when they are not busy and leave the dog at home. How the pharmacy refuses to give you a paper with the number I. Braille, then when they call you to the window even when they see you trying to find window 8 when you can’t find it in the time frame they want because not a one will say over here the then skip you and move to next number and make you take another number you can’t see and then you do it all again, then when you do get the 15 new meds and ask to have Braille put on the bottle, they say no, when you ask them to color code the bottles, they say no, when you ask then to put color elastics around the bottles they say no, then they charge you, when you refuse to take the meds since you can not tell what ones to take, the doc then gets mad and yells at you and calls you stupid, when you ask her to put it all in a format you can read so you know what you are taken she says no, but writes in your chart you are not a team member in your own care. When you call the pharmacy to answer questions on meds, they refuse to call you back just like the doctors. When the doctors order you something the pharmacy actually took 4 months and five failed attempts to get it, several times because they changed the doctors orders, I need a meter that talks to me and tells me my sugar levels, the pharmacy has a policy that if there is a cheaper one get that one so they kept getting the one that does not talk, I’m blind thankfully not as stupid as anyone who works at group death.
I am in the middle of treatment and I have to wait till open enrollment, to get anymore, I really do think they are trying to kill me. And they will not treat me if I bring that dog in, that dog is a certified trained guide dog from a school that has been In Business for more than 60 years.

I have an L & I claim and have been seeing a great PA-​C at this facility, but I was forced to go to DR. LAURA KAUFMAN for an examination and this review is for her.
She is without question the rudest most unprofessional medical provider I have ever seen, complete with rude condescending comments, and a total lack of any bedside manner. My dog’s vet has more class than this lady.
My case has been open for 6 months complete with objective MRI and Nerve conduction test findings, yet, DR. KAUFMAN couldn’t be bothered to even review my chart before my appointment and instead treated me like I had nothing wrong with me.
She was rude and dismissive and told me at one point when we were talking about treatments, I said, I see you don’t do chiropractic here. Her response, well you can go see whoever you want. This is an open claim. I have pressure on nerves. I am getting an injection next week. And yet, she is telling me oh, just go do whatever you want.
I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this hack.

Typical medical facility. I always feel like these places are so cold and they never make you feel comfortable. Medical issues are never fun for anyone so it would be nice if someone actually made you feel like they cared.
