Completely unprofessional. His assistant is very disorganized. He wants a huge retainer and then wants to chat away all your money at $ 350 an hour. If he leaves a voicemail, that is $ 35. He bills you and bills you.

I was referred to this law office after meeting with an EEO counselor for the county. Previously, I had been fired from my job in retaliation for reporting sexual misconduct and wanted to seek legal and fiscal justice against that company.
Mr. Grant is the personification of the stoic attorney. He got right to the point. No compassion. Just numbers and common sense. We went right to work with my case including filing a formal EEO investigation with an investigator from the State of Washington. He did his due diligence for my case.
The professionalism of his assistants were average. His receptionist was a bit unorganized at times but she came through when needed. The support attorneys were also very helpful and did everything they were supposed to do. Everyone returned my call in a prompt manner and I never felt neglected.
