Eh… Food is hit or miss. The Tom Yum soup Is my favorite, but I didn’t like the duck or the larb. The noodles and rice dishes are ok. My favorite thing is the combo plate that you make you’re own rolls from. The service takes awhile… Don’t go in a hurry. It’s not the staff’s fault, there’s usually one or two of them working, but last time I was there 2 parties had to have their food wrapped to go or they’d be late. They just recently redecorated and expanded not too long ago and it looks nice. With a few tweaks this place could get 5 stars easily.

If you like phở, this place is reliable. I dont, so I’ve tried several other things that I didn’t really enjoy. The Indian curry is probably the grossest thing I’ve had in a long time. After setting it aside after 3 very difficult bites we were still charged full price. No thank you. That is how you lose a customer for good.

We went here to get Phở, and accidentally thought that this place was another that we saw on Unilocal! But we ended up coming anyway I’m getting a good meal. I enjoyed the fried spring rolls and the Phở, although the food was a bit over priced. The atmosphere was quiet but large, with a heavy Thai feel. Other than the ambiance, I would say it was pretty average!

My boyfriend and I came here, actually, on accident. I was looking for a place to eat and mistook this place for it. Since we had parked, we decided just to go ahead and check this place out. We ordered one spring and one fried roll as well as beef phô for each of us. I felt that the wait for the rolls was longer than it usually should be. The phô was ok. Not as warm as I would have liked though and the rolls were ok as well. The whole venue was bigger than I expected and lovely furniture. There was probably three or two other tables with customers aside from us. Although everything was nice to look at, I felt the whole meal was just so-so.

Food was great. We got the saigon crêpe, beef noodle soup, and pork vietnamese sandwich. The tea was decent, the vietnamese coffee was quite good though. I don’t normally complain about service, but I had to ask for napkins AND for chop sticks on two separate equations. She wasn’t that busy with customers and that was the reason for minus one star. Otherwise it’d be 4 stars easy! I’d definitely be back.

I’ve been here a couple of times to order phở to go since Phở King is either packed or closing earlier. Le-le stays open later, but every time I’ve come in(which is usually after 7:00pm), it’s been nearly empty or completely empty… but I went by reviews and faith. Their phở is just fine, and usually I get the rare beef phở but tonight I got the veggie phở due to my tummy not being happy the past couple of days. I know I needed the sodium and some of the veggies for potassium(electrolytes to avoid dehydration). I didn’t care if the broth was vegetarian but it sure tasted like it and they give you ample veggies and even tofu(which I don’t care for much) — but it tasted wonderful. Added the lime and it was even better. They are quick, great service, and reliable/consistent. I think they are underrated due to Phở King being the trendy next door neighbor.

Went here on the recommendation of a friend and was NOT disappointed. The restaurant had a nice open feel with tasteful décor, lots of natural light which is always nice. We were seated right away by the super friendly staff. Drinks came out very quickly including my coconut bubble tea which was awesome. The food was also very good. I had the Thai curry which had a nice blend of spice and sweet coconut taste. My girlfriend had the salad(Asian salad I think it was) and she loved it as well. Good food, generous portions and friendly staff what’s not to like? There are lots of similar places in the area but I think Le-Le really stands out. If your in the Tacoma area give them a try!

Wonderful, authentic Vietnamese noodles, curries and many other dishes. Friendly people, spacious and comfortable restaurant. Have taken groups here and always had a great time.

The Chicken Pad Thai was pretty good. The service was really great. The server smiled and kept filling up our water. She also offered for us to move seats when the sun started pouring through the windows. The other lady working also moved the fan so that the moving air would reach us. Overall good experience.

I went here yesterday for the first time in awhile with my boyfriend. I got a chicken pad thai and he got a saigon crêpe! For awhile I did not come due to water damage, but I’m glad after about 2 years of not going the food was still as delicious as I remembered! Definitely recommend both dishes!

Bad bad bad, tofu was not cooked very well, spring rolls were bland and my curry taste like it was made with mushroom broth

Had a pretty good meal here. But I just couldn’t get over how dirty the restaurant was! My shoes were sticking to the floor, windows were especially dirty, bathroom was gross — the door and light switch — ugh! The bamboo railing was just covered with dust! Like I said food was good, but if the customer area is that filthy I fear to know what the kitchen looks like!

Great place for Thai /Vietnamese food This is a big place so there is plenty of room for large groups . Food is always really top notch here love the Phở, pork chops with egg on top and shrimp is a good choice too Service is usually good. There is one cranky old lady that serves tables sometimes but we have had her smile and be friendly too It’s not the easiest place to park and you might wonder about the local but it’s worth the trip

I work at a healthcare facility nearby here, seemed convenient for takeout! DON’T DOIT! Overpriced, and when my coworker’s order was wrong —(Chicken Pad Thai NOTOFUNOSPROUTS came back as Tofu Pad Thai with sprouts) instead of trying to make it right, they argued with her and said she«ordered it wrong». Right. When I went back to pick up the«right» order 20 minutes later, they hadn’t even started the order. No apology, nothing. Won’t be back. Very pricy for quality of service and food.

I’m guessing the ownership changed awhile back because we used to go here all the time and loved it! Now the prices are higher, the menu got a cheesy redesign and they painted over the charming cloud mural. I’m not surprised it is now empty on a Friday night. –server was very grumpy from the get-go and inattentive. –rice noodles were overcooked and the chicken was dry and tasted like everything in the fridge. –the water tasted like dirty pool water. I’m not exaggerating here. wtf. –they don’t serve iced coffee at night so I got the Thai iced tea, which was both bitter and watery. –bubble tea tapioca was still hard. That is a pretty basic thing to fail at. –not about the food, but they gotta clean the fish tank! Those guys are not as happy as they used to be, just like me after eating here! RIP LeLe

this place isnt actually as bad as everyone says it is! Yes, language barriers are present. however the food is just as good as was when it first opened. Obviously the waiters and waitresses dont know much english, however the food is still great! the service does suck at times but the food literally makes up for it ten folds! if you want better service i would consider the other restaurant in Gig Harbor. the food and service is a lot better.

First off I will like to say I’ve tried things here that were really good. Some of the things I really like here was the pad thai, egg rolls, and Fried Rice with Sausage, Shrimp, and BBQ Pork. However, I have also had things that weren’t really that good. My husband and I were really disappointed with the pork wontons, they had barely any meat mixture in them at all. Also I didn’t care for the green curry here either, I’m not sure what it was it just wasn’t quite right to me. For me this place is pretty much hit or miss. I will come here again for the things I really liked, but I’m not sure if I’m going to try anything new anytime soon.

Oh the horror! After realizing that Quickie Too was only serving breakfast(actually Sunday jazz brunch, but we’d already had breakfast) a friend suggested this place. I will eventually forgive her, but not for a while… everything about our visit was wretched. The server(brand-new, untrained, nervous, poor kid) was very slow and awkward, and we tried to be patient with him as it was his first day but he really was rough. We waited 15 minutes to have our order taken, 10 minutes to receive our appetizers(which were wrong) and then another 15 to receive our food. The restaurant was virtually empty(6 other diners) and it was mid-afternoon on a Sunday. When our food finally arrived it was nearly inedible. Greasy, flavorless noodles, lukewarm phở, Indonesian beef that was heavy on the vegetables but light on the beef and again, devoid of flavor. As a final nail in this coffin of food death, when we went to pay our bill, cashier was rude and short with us. Oh man, we couldn’t run out of here fast enough, to chew gum, drink beer, eat mints, anything to get that flavor out of our mouths!

Came here, was given an attitude, because we didn’t want basil in our spring rolls. Not a good way to be introduce to this restaurant. Should I also mention we were not greeted… Almost felt like they didn’t want us to be there. I have no idea who is our server. She didn’t introduce her name either. Came up to us and ask if we were ready to order, that’s it. The place is really big! Almost too big. The environment feels like a performance bar or some sort, considering the fact that there were really big speakers in the back of the restaurant. My gf and I are really big fan of phở and we visit a new one almost every month. Their phở was horrible. There was no taste to the soup and feels washed down. It as if someone just put noodles on hot water. Their spring roll is also small… They were so tiny compare to other phở restaurants. And they look pretty plain(look at my pictures). Btw this is one spring roll cut in half… For $ 4! WTHeck! I could buy 4 burgers with that. –___– Plus their phở for a small… Is $ 9! What the heck! I feel ripped off coming here. Terrible service and food. On the positive note, the waitress filled my water… Once. Other than that never checked on us if we need anything.
