Super happy I went in. Got greeted right away by a friendly employee. Explained my problem and he fixed it within 30 minutes. Since it was a simple fix there was no charge! Extremely satisfied with my experience and will continue to go here and recommend them! Thank you nerds on call

The guy that came to the house was nice and helpful, but had to take the computer back to the office for repairs. He said he would call in 1 – 2 days with an update. That was Tuesday. Finally, after multiple calls to them, they call back on Saturday wanting 500 bucks to repair a 500 buck computer.
Told them forget it and that I would pick it up from them but apparently you need to make an appt to pick it up since there is someone rarely at the store! Aren’t they supposed to be there working?! The hours offered to pick it up are extremely limited… about 2 hours in the am, or 90 minutes in the pm.
Will stick with Geek Squad at Best Buy.
