Description

Specialties

Northwest Lumpia specializes as a leader in fusion lumpia. Northwest Lumpia’s purpose is to provide fast, affordable, delicious lumpia. Lumpias served as another option to the mainstream fast food cuisine.

History

Established in 2011.

The headquarters located in the formerly known «Nalley Valley» Industrial area in Tacoma, WA. Opened on August 8, 2011 by a retired U.S. Army veteran and entrepreneur Charles «Chuck» Marbas with a dream to share his parent’s (Angeles and Luz Marbas, former restaurant owner’s of Angel’s Café in Bremerton, WA and Manila Center Diner in Tacoma, WA) traditional family lumpia (Angel’s Original) with Washington locals. The original recipe was slightly modified within the family kitchen over the years in Spanaway, WA where we now offer the 10 different types of lumpia flavors you see today. Based on customers recommendations we continue to develop different flavors which are routinely rotated as specials.
