Planet Futon

Well its about time i leave a review ive been trying out our futon since we got it in December! And let me just say it is awesome and great quality! You will not be disappointed, John & Helen were the ones there when i went in and surprisingly I stayed quite a while just for the conversation! They are just lovely!
We also purchased a poof ball! Like a bean bag but instead of little beads its memory foam material bags inside! It is just heaven, my husband and I fight over it even though its big enough to sit both of us on it!

Amazing deals on mattresses, super sweet owners that go the extra mile to be helpful and kind. We bought a memory foam matttess for well under normal retail value, but didn’t have the money at the time for the box spring. They promised us a great deal on the box and when we came back a couple weeks later, they remembered and honored their promise on the great deal.
We had gone into Mattress Depot right before, and we are thrilled that we didn’t settle for an overpriced, substandard mattress. Would recommend to anyone in need of a new bed.

It may be called Planet Futon, but they have quite a nice little, well-​selected group of mattresses in-​house to try. My husband and I wandered in on a whim and ended up staying quite awhile.
The man that was working actually has a bizzare story, and if you are at all interested in math or other smart things like that, you should come here just to talk to him. If you just Google ‘Planet Futon math savant’ or something like that, you’ll find him. Crazy story, though I believe he said he was going to leave the store soon to pursue a career in education.
ANYway, Jason was really very helpful and very honest about the mattresses. We were interested in memory foam mattresses and they had about four different kinds to try, each varying quite a bit from each other. He doesn’t work on commission, so he was a lot more free with sharing what other customers have said about the mattresses, which really helped shape our decision.
We ended up with a fantastic deal on a king size which they were able to deliver to Vashon ($ 60 normal delivery, $ 99 for Vashon including ferry) about 3 days later. I already forget the name, but I think it’s an Enso Dreamweaver… Dreamliner…something dreamy. It’s awesome, highly recommended.
All in all a very smooth and painless experience that ended with us getting the mattress we wanted at a price we liked with really friendly, no pressure service.
