Polished Image Detailing

Brian is a stand up guy and I have 4 years doing business with him. He does not stand for second rate detailing. Sometimes I want to beat him but that’s because we are friends. LOL.

Incredible work! My car has never looked so good, even when I first drive it off the lot! I could eat off my wheels, and the interior is so clean it looks like a different car. I will definitely come back, and I already know a gift certificate will be in my son’s Christmas stocking this year!

When I drove up to Polished Image, I saw a lot of shiny, clean expensive cars. For a moment, I wondered if I was at the right place to have three years of toddler and dog exorcised from the interior of my 2011 Dodge Journey. But, then Brian came out took a look at the interior, assured me it wasn’t the worst he had ever seen and quoted me a very decent and fair price to clean up the mess. I didn’t need to rush, so I left the car there for a week and when I came back it shined. And the interior no longer smelled like dog, sour milk, vomit and old coffee. It was truly a marvel to behold and for all their hard work I am thankful I can now drive my car without the AC on in the winter. I totally recommend!

Great place! We got a new car (probably our last) and wanted to do everything possible to protect its finish. We were so happy to find Brian Churchill and Polished Image Detailing (recommended by someone at Griot’s Garage). We had a complete XPel wrap done (pricey, but less that it would cost in Seattle.) Brian was super accommodating. He emailed before we met to answer questions and told us when another car was being done so that we could come in to see how the wrap looked. When we picked up our car from him it looked gorgeous. He will continue to do periodic polish jobs on it as part of the service. I have waited a month to post this review because we wanted to live with the wrap and make sure it was really well done. It has remained perfect. We would recommend his company to everyone!

I had the complete package done here. The car was hand washed, clay bar, polished, waxed, paint sealant, interior cleaned, shampooed, side skirts repainted, wheels powder coated, and finished off with Cquartz Finest, a ceramic protective coating. I dropped $ 1800 at this shop for everything and I couldn’t have been more happier. The car looks brand spanking new, and will continue to keep its pristine looks for a two years or more thanks to Cquartz finest. These guys are the real deal when it comes to anything detailing.

I asked the team at Griot’s for a recommendation for getting windows tinted. They suggested Polished Perfection. I called and scheduled an appointment easily. Jeff took the time to figure out what I was looking for, and boy did he deliver! They had the truck ready in 2 hours. Most importantly, the tint job is excellent! It’s a perfect match to the back windows and looks great. Great shop — I’ll be back for detailing!

They did a great job on my car! It feels almost brand new. They missed a couple minor spots, but they were super nice guys, and were understanding when my boyfriend was a few minutes late picking up my car. We’ll definitely return! Can’t wait!

I never knew I could find someone who could meet my standards. He goes above and beyond and every time I pick up my car, it is in perfect condition all over again. I bought my car brand new and have NEVER taken it through a car wash. I have very high standards and I am very picky on who I let wash/​detail my car. Brian is totally awesome at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone who cares about their car.

If you love to keep your car looking better than it was in the dealer showroom, these guys are the best at what they do! They take great care of your car while giving it a professional shine like no other, using top notch products. I took my brand new SUV in for a full polish and CQuartz treatment, on top of an Xpel Clear Bra installation, and it turned out fantastic! Not only was the total cost less than what the dealer wanted to charge for similar treatments, it was done with much higher quality materials that will protect the car far longer than what the dealer would have used.
If you are buying a new car, skip the dealer’s paint protection and clear bra offerings and go directly to these guys! Brian was a pleasure to work with, and exceeded expectations in every way.

I took my new BMW to Brian and co. at Polished Image to get it polished and opti-​coated. Brian was very professional and very responsive over e-​mail giving me the real story on the products I was interested in rather than the «it will change your world» spiel. I set up an appointment, drove to Tacoma and got the polishing and opti-​coat done for a very reasonable price (considering the prices charged by dealers of similar quality in Seattle and Bellevue). Their work was perfect and was even followed up with a coat of Blackfire Wet Diamond 2 weeks later to give the car that extra protection.
Moreover, the folks at Polish image were a pleasure to work with and talk to the entire time I was there. Fun guys who knew their cars well and were actually interested in their customers, not just as business.
I recommend that you check them out if you’re looking for some serious detailing done. I mean, if I drove all the way from Redmond twice there has to be a LOT that they’re doing right!

These guys rock! I’ve had 3 cars and now my boat detailed by Jason and Brian. First off, they are great guys. Second, they know their stuff. They use the best products and they don’t «cover up» scratches or swirls, they remove them. Their shop is open for inspection, and welcome you to see how it is done.
I brought in my 2004 Sea Ray for a detailing after the winter and before I put it up for sale. The next day at Gig Harbor Yacht Sales it sold for full price and the agent said everyone thought it was a new boat. It didn’t start out that way! Over the years I’ve had a number of people try and bring the gel coat back to life with little or no success. Jason and Brian nailed it.
I drive German cars and consider myself quite particular about the condition of my cars. I’ve been a long time consumer of Griot’s products (there is little Richard sells that I don’t own!) and a number of higher end detailing shops. After a door ding was straightened by The Car Bar in Tacoma (also a great job), the clear coat had a messy scratch. Jason wet sanded the location and spent the time polishing the door, and I’m amazed that you need to get on your hands and knees to find the original spot.
They are not the cheapest shop in town, but you really do get your money’s worth. I enthusiastically endorse they guys!
