Robblees responded to a call after problems with gate after phone switched to voice over IP, common with Comcast bundle service — at least those in security should know it. Technician unable to troubleshoot, did not know security system was innoperative — then left and no word for 3 weeks. No follow up for problem whatsoever. Ended up paying for part I refused they install and indicated that out of the goodness of their hearts would not bill me additional for the inept service call.

Medeco locks are the best that money can buy. If you Google why you will not feel safe in your home again until you get these locks put on your doors. A 12 year old girl with a screwdriver and a hammer can open your current lock in 10 minutes. Robblee’s Total Security is one of the few locksmiths who carry/​service this product’s catalog and install. They service Tacoma Police and the County Jail which to me says a lot. If you stop by take a look at the front door and see what type of lock Robblee uses… it’s a Medeco. And no, I don’t work for Medeco.
