Spanaway Fitness

Best place I have worked out in hands down! Great staff who are friendly and are always on point. No waits on the equipment and this gym has it’s own smoothie bar!!! I would recommend it to a friend.

Why I love this gym:
1) Not full of douches…
2) Not full of douches!!!
3) Friendly customers without being «creepy» (yeah you know the ones that check you out with every move you make… they aren’t here, just genuinely nice people enjoying their local gym)
4) Cheap rates
5) It’s close to my house (yeah so this doesn’t really help you but it’s GREAT for me LOL)
6) Friendly and helpful staff
7) There is NEVER a wait for any equipment
8) It never SMELLS like a gym (yeah you know that smell!!!)
9) Protein shake bar
10) Did I mention the rates are cheap?
So yeah there are some cons… some perks are missing… no pool or sauna and they aren’t open 24/7…but I’ve been to «THOSE» places before… you pay $ 50 more per month for rude employees, creepers, and the use of a pool… no thanks, I’ll take Spanaway Fitness any day over that!

This is a great little health club. Has as many weights as the big clubs and plenty of cardio machines unlike larger clubs. Always a machine to work out on. Even the busy times are not too bad for a health club. Never a long weight and the regulars that go there are so very nice and helpful. You would think that everyone was part of the staff with the way you are treated there. They fix machines in a timely manor. They listen to customer complaints and do their best to keep everyone happy. Did I mention there is always parking! They have a smoothy bar inside, locker rooms and a room they hold classes in.
They are even going to have WiFi soon for those of us who love our Hulu, netflix, and prime to keep up on shows.
By far one of the best fitness clubs around. Even compared to the ones with swimming pools, saunas, hot tubs, tanning… Just try and go to those other clubs without having tons of complaints and a ton of stress. For a good laugh try reading an LA fitness review. Lucky if you see 2 stars.
I do hope that Spanaway fitness continues to listen to customers and continues to improve.
