This location employs knowledgeable salesman, they warranty what they sell and will make suggestions based on personal needs. They are not overly aggressive or pushy, they also are honest and will let you know when things need to be repaired as they find them while your vehicle is in their care. They also provide a loaner vehicle for people who are regulars at no extra charge outside of reimbursing fuel used to run your errands.

Ed and T&T are great. I purchased a set of Nokian tires for my SUV a year or two ago from them and had one go out the other day. Ed and his team set me up with a loaner tire to get me back on the road and even contacted the tire rep and managed to get a discount on the new tire I needed. I always recommend that anyone looking for tires go visit Ed and T&T.

T and T is hands down the best place to get new tires. They got me in and out on time to get to my next destination and I had a desk to work at while I waited. As a business owner, I didn’t skip a beat in my work day. They treated me with kindness and made me feel like I was a priority. They knew exactly what I needed and it was really easy to make a decision on what tires to get. I’m not savvy with tires and I wanted to go someplace that I could trust that would be honest with me. I also wanted tires that would be safe to drive my children around on. This is the place to go. If you chose T and T Tire Factory, you will absolutely not be disappointed. If you get a chance to meet Ed, you are a lucky person.

I’m currently working with Ed to upgrade the rims on my BMW X3. He has been helpful on every level. He helped by confirming the correct size I need, helped by explaining the auto tire pressure units and on tradein value.
Even though T&T is not the lowest price seller, I want to support them as a local and respected retailer.
Once the wheels arrived, they called me up to get them installed. They did a great job installing them and they look fantastic. Give the T&T team an opportunity to earn your business, you won’t regret it.

My father worked at this T&T Tire back in the day. My wife purchased her tires from this location. I went in the store and explained that I needed some new tires for my car but knew nothing of the subject. The gentleman wasn’t ‘rude’ perse, he just seemed to have very little care. When asked what tires he recommends he lazily pointed in the direction of a display of about 4 – 5 tires. When asked what the different tread patterns do I was told «It’s for water»… I asked for some prices and he printed some ancient primitive receipt and scribbled a model of tire on the receipt… Welp, with such detailed explanations and warming conversation I decided that was my cue to leave.
My experience wasn’t HORRIBLE, it just wasn’t a place I wanted to drop hundreds of dollars.
Went to Les Schwab a few weeks later and had an excellent experience.

I apologize for not updating earlier, but the owner of the company did send me a refund and apologized for the miscommunication. He refunded the entire cost of my oil change with his apologies and made this good for me. This was a very honorable thing to do and I will certainly recommend this service to anyone. Long story short: My family and I have been going to T & T tire for years, and they’ve never let us down! They are polite and courteous, with great service for the money. Nice location, too. Lot’s of magazines & the days newspapers. Also a public computer, so not bad to wait while the car’s getting fixed. I bought my tires and brakes there, and the staff was totally on top of what I needed: Best for mileage, lowest price but still good for cornering = Cooper low-​resistance/​all-​weather. Even got a rebate on the set. They check your tire pressure during each visit, of course and will perform rotations and balancing free of charge if the tires are purchased there (as of April 4th, 2012).

Great customer service! Purchased four new tires. Found out that the tires I had were costing me more in gas milage and horse power. Price was a little more than other shop quoted, but I will saved more $$ in the long run.
