Walked into this dealer august 29 2015 looking to test ride 2 specific bikes. The salesman I spoke with told me I could not test ride in this weather (windy) even in the lot. I could not test ride a new stryker because «it has 0 miles», I was also told I would need a pre approval and be serious about buying today. I don’t know who buys without test riding to make sure they like a bike, a release form would cover them if I dropped the bike (wouldn’t happen), and I am not running my credit to test a bike. I will let everyone I know not to come here, thank you for being a jack ass. I wouldn’t be there if I wasn’t in the market.

Avoid «Tacoma Motorsports» unless you want to be talked down to and told to go away.
I took in a Honda scooter key with the key code ***right on it*** as well as a luggage lock from the bike for good measure. They told said it was impossible to make a duplicate from it. They said they had no blanks, couldn’t order them nor could they even make a duplicate from the existing one. They said go to a locksmith.
I told them a Honda dealer back in Texas I used to deal with had no such problems on other makes of older Honda scooters such as this and the man at the parts desk said, and I quote: «Well go back to the dealer in Texas and get a key made then.»
I went down to «South Bound Honda» in Lakewood and they were able to make the key while I watched. Yes, they had the blanks and they were able to cut a key from the code. While there I also bought a quart of oil.
Tacoma Motorsports has lost a customer for life because they’re too lazy and/​or stupid to cut keys for the make of bikes they sell, treat you like you’re stupid and tell you to go shop somewhere else. Fine by me!

We came in here to buy a used motorcycle they had for sale. Eric was friendly at first and helped us out a bit. He told us that we could walk out of there with the bike and a helmet for $ 3630. When we finally got all of the paperwork done he told us that we had «misinterpreted» him and that we were not in fact getting a helmet. We said okay but we don’t think that we misinterpreted you because we specifically asked if that included a helmet. We proceeded to ask to see the maintenance papers on the bike (to make sure that the factory recalls had been dealt with). He refused to let us see them and said «we have them. You’ll get them when you buy the bike.» We were just thinking, who buys something like this without seeing the paperwork to make sure everything is in order? He got extremely defensive, aggressive and just downright a jerk after the paperwork. His aggression and rude remarks were unwarranted and unexpected. The other two gentlemen that helped us load the bike were very kind and helpful

Great place, great people. They worked with my wife last weekend and gave her an amazing deal on her first bike. This week we went back to get some gear and we got lots of excellent help, and a discount. I will go back here to get more gear.

these guys are great! Excellent service, Excellent prices on new and used bikes I have purchased 4 bikes from them and will remain a loyal customer. I have also sent many of my friends and family to them and they have been very happy too!

Been a while since being here. Bought my best car here. Honda Goldwing. 1998 was not my best year and nobody would give me a loan, but because I was frugal and showed that I kept a savings account and placed a good down payment, the owner carried my loan which I paid off in a year. Thank you for your help.
