Great food. Superior service. I will keep this as my favorite Photos location. Server Darien was great she got the order perfect and made sure we had everything perfect. Great experience.

Last time I had grilled chicken and eggroll vermicelli. Today I Had grilled pork vermicelli. The chili sauce They makes homemade is epic and amazing. Thuy is epic and amazing. I had the fortunate pleasure of meeting her on my 1st visit. The brown sauce is crazy good and sweet and the chili sauce turns my noodles orange almost… it’s so dang good. I don’t like cilantro so although the blonde gal missed it and forgot, the food is epic, the place is clean and most of the staff are on it. Today i saw the same blonde gal, that works 5 days a week, make a situation difficult that didn’t have to be. She spends too much time being friendly and engaging in playful banter with male customers(almost flirting) and neglects the folks who just walk in and those she has sat. What results? Everyone wanting to order at the same time. She in essence slammed herself. Next issue… A parent had a kids phone before and she told them they Count Do It As A Kids item. Again making it harder than it had to be… they went in circles until finally the smaller size portion was recommended. With us, she forgot to go bags, my cilantro and told me «just so you know it’s going to be a few minutes before I can ring you out because I have all these orders I have to take.» She didn’t realize in the time it took for her to repeat herself twice, I would have handed her my 20 and we’d have been on our way… As soon as we got the to go bags she failed to give us. Lol I will keep going back, keep ordering hot tes, keep trying vermicelli combinations and keep being entertained by a subpar, flirty yet well-intentioned server. I just for one know if we her again, to ask for everything up front and if nothing else, ask for someone else who doesn’t make the simple complicated. :)

Terrible. The spring rolls were clearly pre made… Probably hours before or even a day before. They were thing and crusty. The sauce didn’t taste bad but was extremely runny — which is the first I’ve experienced peanut sauce being as runny as soy sauce. Bahn mi sandwich and egg rolls weren’t bad but also generic. I got a number 5 which is steak and tendon. The flavor of the soup was a bit bland but good. The meat was good and tender but I only received ONE piece of tendon in my soup. It was sticky/chewy and gross. I love tendon phở but unfortunately the nice customer service and clean facility could not make me overlook the lack of quality food.

Amazing phở! The portions were large and it was very hearty. Lots of noodles, meat, and veggies. Not all broth like some places do it. Husband had the phở and I had a pork and noodle dish with egg rolls. Nummy! We also tried the coconut shrimp. They were sizzling when they came to the table and had good flavor. The boba tea was excellent too! Large size and the perfect sweetness. The best taro tea I’ve ever had. Also the service was also great. Attentive but not overbearing and always promptly got everything we asked for quickly. Excellent place and we’ll definitely be back!

Great place with wonderful service. I’ve gotten phở to go here a couple times and it’s always really good. In addition last time I went they forgot my banh mi so I drove back and the lady apologized and refunded me my money even though it wasn’t a big deal.

This place has certainly set the bar high for my expectations for phở. It was my first time ever eating phở and I loved it. Unfortunately, I was sick so I had to eat it later that day, but even reheated it was yummy. Our waiter was also very funny. Great experience at Thuys Phở.

Just left this restaurant. The lady working there was the RUDEST person Ive ever encountered in the food industry. I ordered the #11 that was suppose to include steak, brisket, and tripe. When my food came it had 3 very small pieces of steak. It had NOBRISKET and couldnt even see the tripe. Calmly I asked her if this was what I ordered. I showed her there was nothing in the bowl for meat. She was extremely rude and said«get it right, if you dont like the portions to leave.» Again in a calm manner, I asked to speak to the manager. She refused to let me speak to a manager She continued to try to argue but I wouldnt argue with her. She yelled at me to leave, I had two friends with me so I went and sat back at the table. SHECALLEDTHEPOLICE. Amazing. We’ll never eat there again after being patrions of the business for a decade. Worst customer service ever.

Right when I walked in, looks like a clean Phở joint. Servers were quick with orders. I ordered the Grilled Pork & Eggroll Vermicelli.($ 8.99) It was good, finished the whole bowl and I usually never finish a bowl. Not to mention, the bowl was HUGE compared to many other Phở joints. My cousins had order a size large Phở Dac Biet, and wow the portion you can say is BEAST feasting. And an XL… Goddamn speechless. And the prices $ 7.25−8.75 for phở. Reasonable price. Their crab rangoons, were freshly made. It wasnt old and crusty like other restaurants. And their banh mi, well made and crisp except they didnt have cucumber in it. Looking for a clean, good price, beast mode portion Phở joint? Just go to Thuy’s.

I only have a ½ hour for my lunch break and they are so fast and know exactly what I want when I walk in. Great customer service and attention to my name. I appreciate the attentiveness because in my line of work I try to do the same.

Service was very prompt and food came out within minutes of my order. Had a large tenderloin and brisket phở, very sizable bowl! Homemade chili oil stole the show for me, and the jalapenos had a nice kick. Good portion sizes, great prices, tasty bubble tea!

Great place! No loud music and a nice atmosphere. Service was great, and the server very helpful. The food was more than enough, especially for a big guy like me, although the special(salad) roll was a little tough — probably premade, but still tasty. Only my first visit, but will come back again!

I have been coming to Thuy’s since it was Than Bros. I guess Thuy bought the location out but if anything it has only gotten better. The soup itself is bar none the best I have had. The broth has mysterious healing properties, I have bought liters of it to sip when I have a cold. All the ingredients are super fresh every time, and the hot oil is amazing and not even available at all phở places. My only complaint about it is sometimes I put too much in cause it is so good and i cry. Tears of joy., nonetheless. She has added many more items than they had as than bros, and everything I have had from the spring rolls to the banh-mi are all top notch. One of the few meals I eat where I leave full but never feel bad about what i just ate as I often do with less fresh options. Thuy and her staff are also super friendly, and from the amount of the same people I see in there when I go I am not the only one who loves the place. It’s worth going out of your way for great phở.

This place is actually my go to phở restaurant in the Tacoma area. I prefer this place over the other phở restaurants and I’ve been to my fair share. The owner is super nice and remembers my custom order. The broth is always super hot and the flavors in the soup are good enough for me to not want to add any sriracha or hoisin sauce. Worth the drive & will be coming back or more!

Owner has former ties to Than Brothers, and to be honest the broth tastes just as good. Tucked in the corner of a small strip mall, next to a check cash advance place. All I can say is I eat out at a lot of Viet places and their phở is just like Thanh Brothers minus the cream puffs. Been here 3 times, all been very good.
