I went to the store located in eugene, OR. I brought in a watch that needed the back taken off so it could be engraved. They were very careless and scratched the back of the watch severely. I am very disappointed. I called the manger and she said that this is a «common occurrence» and that since they didn’t sell the type of watch that i brought in, they couldn’t do anything about the incident.

Review is on the service I get when I make my bi annual trip to the mall to get it cleaned and checked out. First of all, they desperately, desperately, need to link their computer systems. My initial paperwork was destroyed years ago during one of our multiple moves. I get flack almost every time I go in because I typically forget to bring the tiny piece of paper receipt they gave at my last inspection. I’m there twice a year, its not something I think about keeping forever. If I do forget it(I’ve remembered once where I stashed it in the last 5 years) I get flack and lectured. Seriously. Its a receipt. You should have my name in your computer system that tells you when I was last in. This should not be an issue people. They get 5 stars for how much I absolutely love my ring, but customer service is seriously lacking.
