Tahlequah Cable TV

Horrible company. Bad technology, and their employees do not understand the products they are selling. They advertise digital cable, but the quality is poor and only a few channels come in with decent quality. They stick you with a horrible 200 early termination fee and it is not prorated. The cable internet and several channels continue to go out even though I have had several techs come out to fix the problem. I am about ready to cancel, but of course the ETF makes you think twice. In Tahlequah I would recommend one of the satellite companies who at least prorate their ETF and have much better picture quality. The cable internet is fast (when it works) but you must order the TV to get the internet. I am paying $ 95 per month for poor quality service. They of course entice you with a low introductory rate, but of course don’t told tell all the hidden charges that you must pay (i.e. the receivers, and modem). They advertise the tv and internet at $ 29.95 each on their website but fail to mention the extra charges like some Cable Tier service at $ 18.87, a digital value pak at $ 10.00 if you want to get digital cable, on top of the $ 29.95, then you have a $ 3.00 cable modem charge, $ 5.00 DVR upgrade, and $ 6.95 digital receiver charge. My recommendation is to stay away from this backward company if can avoid it.
