Tracy Kimmons was licensed in Texas in 1993 as a Myofascial Release specialist. She went on to get her instructors license in 1995 as a anatomy and physiology instructor. Tracy has worked for cruise lines, chiropractors and spas for several years. She now lives in Tahoe Vista, California and works out of her private practice, The Stress Manager, she recently started in Tahoe City. Her knowing hands and the many years of working as a massage therapist make the experience tailor-​made for each client’s specific needs.

Tracy is great. She and a colleague came to the house we rented on south Lake Tahoe for a bachelorette party. They were on time, professional, and accommodated the different needs and wants of all the girls. Even able to do a last minute prenatal massage. I really appreciate her flexibility and willingness to work with me to make sure we could schedule around the girls and other activities. Not to mention the massages were amazing! I highly recommend her services.

Four members of our household – no strangers to massage – all agree that Tracy Kimmons of Stress Management is the best masseuse ever! Her firm touch is electrifying and ultimately soothing as she kneads the knots and tugs at the muscles. The facility, a short 5 minutes north of Tahoe City, conveniently has parking right in front of the building. She gives you the FULL hour at an affordable price. Whenever we are in Tahoe, we will make a visit to Tracy!

Tracy is amazing! I was in Lake Tahoe this past weekend for a wedding and had some time to kill on Saturday morning. I left a message at the Wellness Center in Lake Tahoe and boy did I hit the jackpot!!! Tracy called back and was super flexible with her schedule and friendly. I hurried in and had the massage of my life. It literally made my weekend & the 10 hour drive from San Diego so worthwhile. I will definitely be contacting her again next time I’m in the area. (I just wish I could have her here in San Diego) :) Thanks Tracy! This was THE BEST massage I’ve ever had!

Lake Tahoe
This massage therapist, Tracy Kimmons, is the best I’ve found at Tahoe. She does a really nice combination of all over swedish and attention to pressure points, and her intuition is very good in finding problem areas. She seems to know quite a bit around anatomy and physiology. Her office is a very relaxing and comfortable environment.
