John and JEMCO Properties repaired a railing on my upper balcony by building a privacy screen and screened in my porch on the ground floor. John came over before any of the work was done to give me an estimate and talk about the scope of the project. He listened to all of my ideas and was very straight about what would work and what wouldn’t work. He completed the work in the time he estimated and everything was of the highest quality. He also came in on budget and didn’t go over his estimate at all. The estimate was significantly lower than two other estimates I’d received.
Definitely hire John and JEMCO Properties. You won’t regret having a knowledgeable, hard working, caring person maintain and improve your home.

We hired JEMCO to do a remodel of our basement. They installed a wall, new flooring, moved electrical, fixed air vents in our bathroom, and painted. John and his crew were very professional and the work they did was high quality. We were pleased with his competitive rates and his willingness to answer our questions about materials and remodel options. We would definitely recommend John and would work with him again.

Jemco did a fantastic job with some renovations to our newly-​purchased home in Shaw. John and his crew were easy to work with, and import for first-​time homeowners, he spoke in plain language and gave us suggestions to help shape what we wanted to do. I would recommend him to anyone. Their work was wide-​ranging, including kitchen wall demolition and remodel to widen galley kitchen, which also included moving an HVAC vent; dryer duct installation, which also included moving 220V outlet; hardwood flooring installation, with trim and shoe molding; refrigerator water line installation; painting two rooms; recess lighting fixture replacement; fixing a kitchen sink leak; outlet replacement and repair; replacing washing machine valves; and exterior door installation.

These guys did a full kitchen and bathroom remodel on my home. It was stunning and within our budget. Everyone was professional and easy to deal with. I would use them again in a second.
