History
Established in 1999.
Allied was created by veterinarians in Tallahassee to allow for shared responsibility in serving the after-hours needs of their clients. The hospital was initially located on Thomasville Road in a 1,200 square foot building.
Construction was completed on a state of the art 6,000 square foot facility located at 2324 Centerville Road in 2008. This has served as Allied’s home since that time. In April of 2012 Allied was purchased by Dr. Mitch Potter, a board certified emergency and critical care specialist. Allied has continued to grow to become Tallahassee’s first and only fully staffed 24 hour emergency and referral center.
