Jennifer B.

Manager

Jennifer was born in Huntsville, Alabama but calls home to Bainbridge, Georgia. She began her career in aesthetics over 11 years ago as a make-​up artist for Salon Ka-​Terra in Huntsville, Alabama. Jennifer trained under Rudy Miles, a global make-​up artist for Aveda. Jennifer soon realized that good make-​up starts with good skin care, and decided to begin her education to become a licensed medical aesthetician. After completing 1500 hours of training, Jennifer received her license in aesthetics from European School of Aesthetics and Medical Aesthetics, under the direction of Heidi Phillips. Before coming to Tallahassee, Jennifer also worked as a Medical Aesthetician for SeiBella Medical Aesthetics Center in Huntsville, Alabama. Jennifer is a Certified Electrologist and a Certified Medical Electrologist. She is licensed to perform electrology and laser treatments in the state of Florida.

I bought an 8-​session laser hair removal package in December. They could only schedule me for one appointment before they shut down unexpectedly in February. And then they (owned by North Florida Women’s Care) couldn’t get my prorated refund calculated correctly, so now I’m behind on appointments and still waiting on my full refund. What a DISASTER!

The customer service is not great. During two different appointments one of aestheticians answered her phone. She was waxing my eyebrows one time and almost ripped my skin off because she was late for a meeting. She also walked in on a facial appointment I had with the other aesthetician and started talking and complaining about things. Lastly, I was asked to wait 45 minutes to buy a gift card. The only good thing about Becoming You since the amazing Becky left is Ingrid. I want to be pampered and feel like the only person who matters when I pay for a service. Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
