Cascade Property Service

Cascade and Nick Maxwell ripped my son of of over $ 1000. The house was unsecured unsafe and one of their employees who also lived there was constantly having parties. Stay away from them.

I have several investment properties throughout the U. S and this is the absolute worst service I have EVER received! You will NEVER get any notification about your property. I found out I had a vacancy only when I got a call from the power company! They will not return emails, phone calls. You will get mystery fees on your statement (if your lucky enough to get one). The turnover here is extremely high so you can forget having the same person handle your property for more than 6 months. Getting you disbursement checks? Nope. All this happened to me and I called and emailed over and over and over and over again. I only get a response from Nick Maxwell after telling him that I am notifying BBB, FREC etc… I switched to another company and still have not received my disbursement checks from over 3 months ago.
Go with Cascade if you like wasting your time managing your property manager and you like losing money.
