Heavenly Facials

This is not a day spa. No waxing. No mani-​pedis. No steam. (She (Leisa) says too drying yet puts straight witch hazel on your skin after every step. My skin was Extremely dry afterward and overnight until the next day and I added extra moisturizer to my night routine.) I arrived 15 mins early and was taken aback that the door was locked. In the process of calling, her assistant (?) saw me at the door and unlocked it. Her assistant promptly asked the lady next to me if she would like some water and ignored me. My session began on time and Leisa explained everything and asked if I had any questions. Normal. I had the European Facial which is just a massaging facial. I upgraded to the cleansing facial for a few blackhead removals. She missed the main one I wanted out. Should have checked before I left. My mistake. I get facials regularly so there was not so many blackheads to remove. Less than 15. Once I started looking she missed two more. She spent almost 10 mins massaging my right arm maybe 5 on my left. Maybe 3 minutes on each foot and lower leg. No full body massages were offered that I noticed on list of services. So definitely Not a day spa. Really spa is almost overstating.
From her description of services offered I gather she is primarily a Yoga instructor. It simply does not meet my expectations of a spa. Nice beachy atmosphere in restroom. Overall too minimalist and new agey for me to consider it pampering.
I considered giving 3 stars but not being offered a refreshment, missing part of my request and the over drying result only warrants 2.
