History

Established in 1994.

Steve and Warren worked together for several years at another shop in town before pooling their talents and opening Import Authority, Inc. Their goal was to offer honest diagnoses and quality repairs at a fair price, while providing customer service on a personal level. They stuck to that goal and over the next few years the business grew from two employees to a dozen.

The goal of honesty, quality, value and service still stands today. They want to earn your trust, so they are happy to answer any questions to help you understand the problems they find and the fix they recommend.
